My CPAP was not working properly, I called this morning, and was given an appt for this afternoon. Kirk the respiratory therapist fixed my machine and set me up with new supplies. Great service. I highly recommend them.

Left for vacation and found upon arrival that I was missing a piece to my CPAP. Javier was extremely helpful I getting me the piece. I recommend this place to anyone needing a CPAP.

I would give zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service, starting with the owner Juan, down to the bimbo who answers the phone. They do not care about the patient, only the insurance. GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!

A little hard to find on Google but glad I found them. Had urgent need for MedRes part. Uber took me right to it, they had the item waiting. Still plenty if time to catch cruise.

Seek your medical needs elsewhere. These people are completely incompetent. Their billing department is terrible and the owner, Hector, puts financial issues ahead of your healthcare. Seek other companies for your healthcare needs.

I had my 88 year old Mom visiting from out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday when her Oxigen concentrator stopped working. After calling CMS (Clinical Medical Services) her provider in Puerto Rico- several times for help it was very clear I was on my own. I called many suppliers and no one would help because someone else had provided my Mom’s oxigen concentrator. Medical Decision Services is my CPAP machine provider. I gave them a call hoping for direction. I spoke to Javier and -not only did he give me hope and put me at ease- but he came thru. Without hesitation he jumped in and got me a portable oxigen concentrator my Mother could use while in town. I can not say enough about the Medical Decision Services staff. Their empathy, compassion, willingness to help and professionalism are off the charts. Thank you for all you have done.In true appreciation,Norma Rivera
