As a brand new member to BJ's for only 2 weeks I'm amazed at just how bad the Tire Department is. Specifically, "Robin" and "Wilkes (mgr)" are so bad it's hard to describe. They have no communication between themselves and frankly don't care. When you try to talk to Robin, he turns the radio up, or just walks away from you. He's rude and has NO people skills. Wilkes lets him get away with this horrible behavior which turned my tire purchase into the worst tire experience of my life! No one is ever in the office and they keep the posters taped up so you can't see them. They close the bay doors and scream and yell at you if you try to get their attention. I'm so sorry I got this membership and will never renew it. Get your tires elsewhere where the employees are more professional and have some concerns about how their behaviors relate to keeping their jobs as they just don't care here. ZERO stars! RUN!!!

Some of the employees, including the manager "Betty", need a few training classes in Customer Service. How they deal with customers is horrible. I will take the longer drive to Costco.

Just filled a propane tank at the Hillsboro store and it was under filled and when I returned to the guy he gave all excuses that it stops digitally although I saw the meter going to 2.8 and then he stopped it. Anyway I felt I am going nowhere so just a make sure when they fill it is correct. From my end I will never use the service again since I didn't pay for 2/3 of the cost to be short changed. That is why you see the tire center always empty compared to Costco.

This location in powerline is horrible rude employees and managers will never return they try to scam you and then get upset when you claim anything, experience. I will stay and keep shopping at Oakwood and Pembroke Pines lovely employees there and very helpful.

Why does BJ's hire the rudest people to greet you at the door? Last night I had a horrible experience just walking in. The lady was not nice to me. For no reason.... I'm a customer that comes here 3 times a week. Really makes you feel like BJs doesn't care about the people who keep their lights on. I rather spend my money elsewhere. They won't get another dime from me or my very large family. Cancelling my membership and going to Costco. I suggest you do the same

I calculated 1 star for BJs club. After a few years I decide not to renewing new membership. And it's comparable to Costco because it's a same wholesale club. But not exactly. Clipping coupons most annoying job. 3 different book!!! Small one can not be replaced at club if you like to buy two different soup instead of one. Only one coupon for $2.00. What a big deal to limit an items! Better just place inform sticker of current sale. No coupons!!! Customer service just horrible. Never enough people to serve you. Many not friendly like at Costco. My club doesn't have a gas station. Near by 20minutes drive... So, I pay membership and can not use it in full! My advise is Costco.

Plan to wait... for anything, gas, pay, and especially tires! or do curbside pickup /delivery - that's worth the time. They must not pay or inspire confidence in workers, because they are very apathetic and have minimal customer service skills.

Just signed up for a membership, then waited 15 minutes for an attendant in automotive to tell me that can't fill my propane tanks because they are short staffed. Not exactly the first impression I was planning on. Is this going to be my experience every time?

Not my first time on this location, today was the worst experience, train your staff with the proper customer service, absolutely everyone that works there have a bad attitude from the person that greets you up to the person checking your receipt i believe the think they are doing you a favor by us buying groceries from them. The parking lot is always filthy there are carts all over the place but the people working are the worst.

Horrible service. I came there to get my regular groceries. In one day my coupon didn't work and they put fake high price on the product I always buy which is a whole-wheat bagel. I've been contacting to the help centre for many times and always was the same answer " you will receive a digital gift card and a refund within 10 business days". Alright my 10 business days have already passed and now they are telling me that it's an actual card which takes about 14 more business days. They just hang up on me. Disgusting. The worst customer service I've ever met. Do not suggest anybody to go to BJ's if you value your time and you don't want to pay high prices for no reason

They just about everything here! From tvs please to broccoli, if you can imagine it they have it! Their deli has a good selection and great party necessities but their customer service is horrendous. The front desk cash register employees are also not that friendly. I really go there for the great prices and wholesale items. Their dog food is also really good! And they have a great diaper selection.
