Jeff and his team (Marc and Tim) are amazing. Called Wednesday, they came down to Miami early Friday, the task wasn't easy: the old batteries (12 of them) were badly swollen, impossible taking out the last 2 from the cases, they came back Saturday and they made it.
Best customer service ever and great people.
Sure I will recommend them.

Update: After replacing the house batteries, as above, I had an issue with the starting generators and engines batteries, called Jeff this morning and had them installed few hours later... fastest service ever, great job.

Jeff and his team are awesome. I was down and out in Charleston South Carolina. Needing a special battery for my bosses yacht. Not only did he have what I needed. They delivered them from Ft. Lauderdale to Charleston South Carolina. Service with a smile. Thanks guys!!!!!

Affordable prices and amazing service! Batteries Etc is the only place I'll go to get a battery. Jeff is the nicest guy and will do his best to beat competitors pricing. Also, it is good to know he rebuilds starters and alternators if I ever need one. Thank you for all the great work you do!

Batteries aren't the only things that get recharged in Batteries Etc; the customers will recharge as they walk through the door. Competence, affordable prices, and courtesy will be mixed with great humor.

Worst Service Ever. I purchased a marine battery from this company. Jeff helped me out. Seemed like a good deal at first until I installed the battery and it was defective. It was like a nearly dead battery. It didn't have enough juice to start the engine. So I took it back and Jeff was unapologetic and didn't seem to care (which was weird because he was very nice when I purchased the battery). I was under the assumption that the battery would be replaced (as it should be). He said "I cannot help you because all sales are final". What? So even if a battery has a warranty and it is obviously defective, you won't honor it? Thanks for wasting my money and my time. I'll never go back again. I do not recommend to buy from here. Save yourself a headache and the possibility of a defective battery. It is not worth the few extra bucks that you will save from this guy.
