bought a car from them in june, a month later i needed a tune up and a i need a new compressor for my A/C. they sold me a car that had a lean on it (repo), and my decal expires soon and they never took it to the dmv to get processed, leaving me to have issues with my tag and decal. they have a lady who calls you to collect payments on your car, but she proceeded to be rude to me and call me a ho* and a bit**, said she was going to repo my car for a payment being 25 days past due but i paid on time and had a receipt on my phone. when making my payment, one of the men in the establishment proceeded to count what i had. i owed $1,088, he told me i was short and told me he only counted $900. i proceeded to recount it with my calculator out to make sure i wasn't wrong. i counted $1,101, and he counts it again for a SECOND TIME and tells me i'm wrong AGAIN. the owner counted it and said i was right. clearly they are scamming people in there thinking they don't count their own money and making them pay up more. this is absolutely the worst place that you can buy a car pls don't do it!!

I bought a car from these guys for months ago. They listed it as a flat fee and advertised it as a car being sold by its owner (not a dealer). After speaking with the “private owner” and deciding to buy “his son’s car” he took me to the dealership finalize everything. At this point I had already realized he was a liar but I went ahead with the purchase anyways because I figured what’s the harm. Well the harm was that I was up charged an additional 800 or so out the door and a few months later they repo’d my car due to additional hidden charges which I refused to pay. This costed me another 1.1k to resolve. Btw I got the car examined by a mechanic and even though they sold it as a clean title it had been in several accidents..I would NOT purchase from these people, very greedy and very dishonest.

They have failed to present the title for s vehicle i purchase, I've been waiting for MONTHS and I haven't received anything. Whenever I call its always NEXT week Next week .. MODERNDAYSCAMMING!

Sold me a lemon and refused to fix it after going through three weeks of a run around about the location of my vehicle. Refused to resell my car or refund me! complete rip offs never ever shop from them! The transmission started to slip the power wheel steering fluid was leaking and the steering rack was broken! It was sold only under the oppression of it having a motor mount issue! They never genuinely cared about fixing my vehicle or finding me another one heartless people! Very money hungry and unprofessional!

One of the best place to go if you need a care. People are friendly and the service was great. They offer you water plus a movie while you wait. Ask for Peter Herns when you get there. Have problem with finding a car they will do everything possible to help you.

Please don't buy car from this dealer , we just buy a car 2 weeks ago and this past weekend the car went on fire on I 95 , we lost the money and all the stuff inside since the fire was really bad also all my kids and family was inside....we got a police report and now we hire an attorney to go to court with this unprofessional people from AUTO SALES USA !!!!! Just be very careful the lie that car is in good condition and is not !!!! i spoke to the owner and they wash his hands thank God my attorney told me we got a good case :) hopefully i can get more then my money back !!!!!
