I purchased a new s4 from this dealership. My advisor was Joal and he keep me consistently informed and actively worked on my behalf. Melvin in the finance team assisted when needed. When we ran into a hiccup with the license plate as I am located across the state- Karen Dreyer handled with sped and expertise. Will reach out again when looking to purchase my next Audi.

I leased a Q5 PHEV 2014 in early June of this year. The sales and financing staff were phenomenal. However, two days later a warning light turned on in the vehicle. I took it to service and was told a part would be shipped from Germany and it would take three weeks. A couple of weeks later, I was told the problem is software related and I can drive the car with the check engine light on. Subsequent to that, I was told I should not charge the vehicle on 110 to more than 50%. Now this is clearly a problem with this car and I refuse to take it back. I have been promised a replacement vehicle and am still waiting. Numerous calls and emails to the Regional customer service manager have not been returned since the beginning of August. I would not recommend an Audi to anyone

Appreciate Zion and the entire staff. I had some issues due to a recent move that made us have to do some extra digging for paperwork. Staff was very helpful, explained everything, apologetic for the wait. They were also very personable which makes you feel at home instead of just a customer. Zion is a great guy. Was patient with me. My first Audi, I had always wanted to get one when I was in medical school so finally getting one was a great feeling. Can’t wait to upgrade in a few years!

Jonathan Linder was who helped us find the Audi Q5 we really wanted. His customer service was exceptional and he truly went out of his way to help us. We asked him to find us a very particular combination of colors for the car and he, not only kept very consistent and honest communication with us, but he also worked hard to find us exactly what we were looking for. He explained the entire process to us in detail and worked hard throughout the weeks to search for the car we needed.
