The sales associate just look at me like if I just drop out of a UFO I give him the good morning and he didn't have even the courtesy to say good morning back. He asked me Plain and dry what do I want I told him what battery I was looking for and that I was looking for a use one and he just reply cut and dry we don't sell use batteries. Did not offer any alternative on what they sell or point to someone that does. It looks that they are afraid of the competition. Give them 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt. They might sell a good new product.

The service technician, Franz, got our forklift charger working once again! He knew exactly what needed to be done to quickly get it working with 240v 3 phase and he made the adjustment needed to make sure it was properly charging our forklift batteries with the correct amount of amps.

Horrible customer service i bought a battery from here in june of 2019, take it home install in in car, car starts runs good, go inside house mkae some food do some things. Go out same day i installed battery and car doesnt start. I take battery out call uber to go back here i live like 3 min away mo big deal. Go back they say "oh well this is a new battery you must be leaving something on in the car". I say "ok" you must be right. They "recharged" my battery same thing happens again and they tell me the same s**** I paid 185$ for a car battery that i have to keep bringing back for you guys to recharge everyday because you sold me a bad battery and wont give me a new battery less than 6 months had to go somewhere else and buy a whole new battery. This business will laugh and lie to your face and make it seem like your the problem. They sell broken and recycled batteries as new.

Extremely bad customer service. The customer service person I had to deal with offered zero satisfaction for a failed battery unit that was manufactured only 13 months prior to failure. I had purchased this unit 7 months ago. From a customer perspective 7 months is pitiful performance.
