I also noticed that the locals don’t rush in and out right away. There were a number of patrons that took their time to talk to the staff and catch up on latest happenings. The store has a great vibe and a real small-town, welcoming feel. I will definitely be back soon and often.”

“I wanted to do-it-yourself install landscape lighting - path and up lights- on to save money at my new home in AZ. I had no idea what equipment I needed or what manufacturer to consider. I googled it and found several suppliers and contacted them. I was very fortunate to talk to Teddye Gardiner at Link Outdoor Lighting in FL. He explained all the things I needed to consider. I didn't know what suppliers to consider for each of the components (transformer, lights, wiring, connectors, etc) - they carry many manufacturers products. After some review, I narrowed it down to FX and Kichler. Teddye emailed me information, pricing, and suggestions for both suppliers. He wanted me to have the best products for my application. He then made sure that I got the very best service. I now have all the components and am in the process of installing the landscape lighting! Teddye took care of me, and I couldn't be happier!! I would highly recommend Link Outdoor Lighting!”

“I came into Millers Hardware in Casselberry . I had a dilemma. The bolts in the granite had sunk lower than my tool could grab. The manager and another sales dilemma helped me get the bolts off , put washers on the bottom and realigned the screws on the bolts!They are always fantastic and nothing seems to be a problem!Thank you so much; you made my day!”
“Michael at the Conway store knows his stuff. I had 2problems in 2 of my bathrooms. Michael walked right over and picked two things I needed to fix them. It came out amazing and there process was over the top!! But the true face was Sean Sharkey. This dude stayed with me every step of the way. Literally answered the phone every time. “I decided to stop by Ace Orlando today instead of going to a Lowes closer to my place of work. I'm so glad I did. Customer service was exceptional. I had a gentleman named Chuck who helped me find what I needed. He was a little unsure of exactly what I needed (as I was too) but he made it a point to look into it. I left the store with exactly what I needed. Not only was he patient and helpful but he was delightful plus Chuck also informed me that it was his first week working at Ace. The cashier was also quick and courteous but I don't know his name because I didn't see a name tag. I don't have to stop by Lowes on my way home from work tomorrow. I'll be coming back!”
“This place has SO much more to offer than the big box! You walk in the door and it even smells like a hardware store. It has everything... quality cookware, small hardware items (nuts & bolts) that you can purchase individually, Yeti items, you name it! And knowledgeable attentive service staff as the bonus. Prices are reasonable too. I saw a pizza peel competitively priced, or better, than the internet giant. I would move to Winter Park just to use this store... and just might! Support this family-owned business.”
