This Dollar General has had an issue for 2 years with their bathroom not working! I'm not sure what's the issue with this but I come here to drop cats off for the Lake County spay and neuter program and for the last 2 years they've told me this bathroom hasn't worked, even though I came here to shop too! It's ridiculous I have to go next door to the circle K to use the bathroom!!

Purchase a heater with a broken leg brought it back 25 mins after I purchase had to wait on the manager to make her way to the front just to tell me I need to wait for the”big boss to come in” because of your open box policy. Why would you have managers if they can not handle the smallest of customer service problems because of stupid policy’s like this. Girl at the register was great as always..

You cannot get around this store. The manager over orders and just places carts of overstock in the aisles. The customer service is awful. The manager just walks around the store aimlessly while her employees do all the work. The store also will randomly close because the manager can’t properly run a store.The products are stale or old with a ton of dust on it because of the overstocking issue and potentially the lack of FIFO.Biggest problem is the manager know she can get away with this since this is the only store to shop for the residents in the area. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.

This location is the only store you can drive to besides the gas station in a car within 15 minutes. You'd think given these circumstances they would expand the store and provide more products, yet it never happens. Disappointed .
