Chelsea is knowledgeable, logical and very customer oriented. I have used the store on multiple occasions just because I have a trust in her as she has proven herself. Chelsea is a stand out in a sea of the watch repair market.

The store was in a safe spot nestled in Miramar outlets right next to the sheriff's office. Chelsea was extremely helpful and offered her advice on the repairs required. She gave us a veterans discount, performed the service in a short amount of time and we were on our way. Definitely will return.

I found this great little fix it place to take my husbands watch collection to. They helped update batteries and told me which ones didn't need batteries because they are activated by motion. Loved their honesty. They sell watches too! I found a handsome one for his birthday.

Chelsea was very helping and very nice. I will return with my 8 other watchs that need batteries. Lol!! Also you had a nice display of new watches and you offer a 1 year warranty on batteries.

Have had multiple gold fixes here and every single time they have messed up and had to do it over. I wouldn’t trust this place if you love your jewelry. You won’t be talking to the person who fixes it. Please find somewhere else if you care about your jewelry

Lady acted like I didn't know about watches I told her my size of the band and she got an attitude and told me that many people are wrong. She was rude and told me it would take 30 Minutes to change a strap

I brought two watches in today, Chelsea was able to help have one fitted perfectly and replaced the battery on the other. She has great customer service skills and I will definitely be back next time I need any servicing on my watches!

Quick, fast, and good prices. Went in for some resizing and new batteries and Chelsea helped me right away. I had 6 watches and it was done in 30 mins! Highly recommend.
