My dog loves to shop there. We were excited when it opened again. My question is why do they put so many treats at dog level?! As the employee was showing me something, my dog ate a treat out of the open bin. I was charged $3. Don’t make items so accessible to tantalize the dogs you welcome into your store.

Expensive. Lots of stuff. I gave these guys 2 stars 4 years ago. But after hurricane Ian, they re-did the place. It looks nice, it is clean, still expensive for some things. But the fish are a very good price, with lots to choose from. On the day I was there, all the tanks were clean and active. Everything in the store was set up beautifully.

We asked the guy for help with getting some plants for a buddies koi fish pond. He said, just one second. So we waited,looking around at the different plants. After 10min. My buddy said excuse me & the guy seem to just keep walking by,not even acknowledging him now.So he left his cart of stuff there & we left. Not impressed with the help.

Me and my family are so grateful that Pet Supermarket finally opened up after the damage from Hurricane Ian. It was a long wait and we weren't sure if it was going to open again or not. Since they opened we have been in the store at least once a week sometimes more. We have a lot of fur babies and fishy fish. It's always so clean, bright and all the employees are so helpful, patient and kind. Sometimes, rarely they don't have what I need as I'm sure they only keep a small inventory but I have always left with something I could use. This is definitely a gem to have in our little town of Englewood. God bless!

I like the store much better when they had fish and items that are not so exotic everything is very expensive there now

This store really needs to work on its reptile husbandry. One stick and a group of leaves is NOT enough for a crested gecko, the tanks were incredibly bare, and it was very sad. Severely disappointed at the neglect I saw.

Dog bath is great! Clean, warm water, plenty of towels and the staff is great. We will be back!

The assistant manager was very helpful. The store is better now after the hurricane, they have there now where you can wash your pet. Pretty cool.
