I did not know this shop specialize in cigars if you’re looking for anything else besides cigars, go somewhere else. I purchased a vape pen and a bottle of flavor to go in the pen . One thing don’t go to the store 30 minutes before closeing because really nobody there to help ,this guy was cleaning up. He was kind of in a hurry because it was getting almost 9 o’clock. He didn’t know anything about vape pens so I purchased the wrong flavor for my VPN when I realize that I went back the next day and they said they do not do refunds. Or exchanges.

Walked in to two at the counter helping one customer. It looked like training for the register, so of course I wait patiently. Guy walks in behind me and the one assisting with training immediately helps him. Meanwhile, I've yet to get a welcome or word of assistance. Even after helping the guy behind, he goes back to 'training' the other guy. Not sure what that was about, but I left; won't stay or spend where I don't feel welcome.

Cigar selection is good. The service - not so much. It's 10:17 (4/28) right and they are still closed with the lights off. This happened last week as well. Had I known they would be closed, I'd have planned my trip better and gone to a different store. Now I am pot committed to a store that may or may not open today.

Interesting how after you make a purchase and sit down to enjoy your time, your told the the lounge closes in 15 minutes but the store is open till 9… maybe you should make that more known prior!

This place is great! They always stock my favorite cigars. Brian is the best! If I owned a shop he would be in charge of it. Kay Kay is always really nice and she always decorates the store really nice. Gail is great and is always so sweet. Josh is always courteous. The lounge is great and they always have great cigar events. God bless Tobacco Depot!

I enjoy coming to this store always a great selection your employees are friendly your employee Gail is very friendly I like it that every time I walk in the door she greets me and asked me how my day was going we'll definitely be back to this store and let all my friends know you have great prices and friendly staff

Recently stopped in to see Tobacco Depot and Ellenton Florida, a very nice young girl named KK helped me with my Cigar selection. She was very knowledgeable about what my tastes would be and selected a perfect Cigar, thank you Miss KK . I enjoyed the Camacho maduro black

I could not find my Cigarette brand anywhere. Tobacco Depot special orders my cigarettes for me. I am so grateful. The staff are always friendly.

Was there for an LFD event. Interesting conversation with the rep and welcoming attitude from TD employees.
