Went to Acapulco Saturday for the ingredients to make a dear friend un puré de malanga who is going through Chemo. My wants were specific. And from the sirloin thickness and cut to the bone broth, Luis Miguel at the Meat Dept went above and beyond to get me the right piece of sirloin while Juan walked the aisles in search of the Bone Broth I needed to make it even better for her. Thank you to the managers that helped these young men help me and for emulating the importance of customer service to its young staff.

I bought a pound of barbecue to take away and what was my surprise, no sauce, no tortilla, no nothing, they didn't take the trouble to warn me that they are disappointing everywhere and they are exactly right in that place. I will never return and I don't recommend it.

I LOVED IT, EVERYTHING WAS VERY VARIED, FRESH AT A GOOD PRICE ALSO THEY HAVE A COLOMBIAN STORE INSIDE THAT SELLS SHAPES AND UNDERWEAR, NEXT TO THE JEWELRY!! EXCELLENT!!

very upset, disappointed, this is the second time this has happened to me, I went to buy tall meat to make a barbecue and to my surprise when I opened the bag of the stirrers, they were damaged, they were rotten, they were betting on a decomposed animal, how is it possible that they do this thing of selling damaged things? I will never again play with the health of customers who trust that they sell quality products, be careful my people with what you do in the butcher shop, check your products carefully

The prepared food is great. Tacos are fantastic. The wait for food can be uncomfortably long.

I really like what they have there, you can find all the products that you are looking for, the only thing I don't like is something that I have seen when I go to eat there, the tables are never clean, I always clean my table, because it is full of grass and pieces of food, and on the floor it's all dirty

Terrible attention from their cashiers and the restaurant area!! Every day they are in decline I hope one day they improve customer service

I would give zero stars, the cashier of the restaurant named (Osvaldo T) serves you in a very bad manner and very derogatory, I ordered a dish called choripollo and just as they put the chili and onion complete and raw, with cold rice and a lemon without juice Very bad experience, I left the place, a shameful experience with a cold and incomplete meal.

Food is sometimes good but takes too long to make simple things like tacos or burritos. I feel like there needs to be more employees in the kitchen taking and making the orders. If you try to order online, the food is double the price. Make it make sense.

Best Mexican grocery I’ve found in the area and once of the cleanest stores I’ve seen. Can’t comment on the hot food (Don Pancho Villa’s in Clearwater is likely better) but the produce is excellent. Prices aren’t always the best - and read the signs closely.

My first time going and I’m so impressed.Everything it’s so organized and such a great selection on everything.Very clean I just loved it.My husband wanted to buy everything.We will go back and already talk with all my friends about your beautiful supermarket.
