Very disappointed with the pharmacy. I have had an issue with every prescripts including refills over the last 6 months. They never have the scripts filled on time after being in their queue for days. When confronted they saying they won’t have the medications in until the next day and when you ask to see if another Walgreens has the medications, it’s conveniently on the shelf and can fill it right then. This last time, I had an IVF medication that needed to be refilled that same day and the pharmacist refused to fill the script because they didn't like the doctors instructions even though I have taken this medication twice already. Thankfully, my husband and I found that I still had a few pills left from my last IVF cycle or that $7 bottle they refused fill would have cost me $5,500. Needless to say, when my doctor called the next morning they gave me the same pills with the same instructions. Either this pharmacy is poorly managed or doesn’t have enough people; either way, with so many pharmacy options available, I will be looking for one with better customer serves in my network.

Went into the store today to find some active charcoal since my dog had just eaten a tray of brownies. 3 pharmacists in the back and nobody knows where it's at, nobody comes out from behind the counter to help me find it, and then they send me over to the vitamins. Thanks for nothing. Imagine if it was a child.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have the same exact issue each year with the Male Pharmacist @ this store, I get my Rx with NO issues at the NYS store, this store has given nothing BUT problems to the point I’ve had the Medicare REP on the phone with them, my ENdocrinologist has to call them, multiple times and still it has required me to call no less than 15 times and still…no results! I have an outstanding Rx with 8 refills yet they can’t fill it!

This place is rotten from the management and down. RUDE AF is the typical treatment in the store and management doesn't give a rats azz.

After spending an endless amount of time to make my purchase, I left your store without spending a dime..I was third in the. line and left my items on the counter when it became clear to the now 7th, 8rh, 10th, 12th customers all seeing that you are no longer concern about providing anything close to a pleasant shopping experience..You haven't a clue of the experience and having made the decision to leave. Without the very things I needed.Please don't waste my time standing in check out lines that grow in length and not be concerned about customer wait times checking out.I left as did others today...Soon you will not have anyone waiting .. I filled a prescription there , my prescription was 45 pills an they gave me a partial of 30 and won’t give me the rest of my prescription till 30 days. After the fact I will already have been back to my pain management to be able to get my medications. This is not first time the pharmacy did this to me. And trying to talk an explain to the pharmacy to them I get missing 15 pills before the 30 days they hang up on me. The last time I use their pharmacy. Rudest people. Part two. Now I have found out they put in a claim to my insurance for 45 pill.

Pulled cash out of their ATM to deposit in online account at the register. Needed to deposit $840. Performed one at $500 then wanted to do the balance of $340. The cashier argued and said it was over the limit. Called the manager and he refused stating “he” won’t allow it due to money laundering although my financial institution allows up to $1000. Not only was that insulting also insinuating that I was conducting/participating in illegal actively. Very disappointing and will not be patronizing Walgreens anymore at any location. Definitely will be taking my business and money somewhere else.

Great customer service and check-out personnel. I buy most personal items and candies there. Flu and COVID injections available. Great pharmacy!
