Every time I come here therenis a.problem getting my biscuits & Gravy. 2 times they ranmout before 9:15am. They don't want to heat up any more. Today I see that lottery is more important than profit customers. Poor management and customer service. If I come back, which I won't, it will be my fault. I gave thos place many chances. Shame on you not me

Shell station on Indian River dr in Edgewater FL using false advertising to draw in customers. Second time within a week they show $3.65 per gal on large digital sign, but pump price is actually $3.69. Also not honoring my Rewards discount. I won't be going there anymore.

I love most of the current staff. Brad is super nice, Tina is super nice. I frequented this gas station. Most night shifters know who i am by name, and we have really great conversations. Husband works close so Im in A LOT. The owner (Nick) is obnoxiously rude. We had two dollars in change, trying to get gas, and when i walked in he immediately refused it, saying if it is over fifty cents it had to be rolled. I was respectful, I immediately left, my husband went in to try and he said the same thing. My husband counted out fifty cents and said I would like fifty cents in gas please, and he still refused that. HE kept saying something about banks being picky about change. I had no gas to go home, none of the rolling papers for coins, I didn't know what to do. It was midnight on a Wednesday night, i cant magic that stuff up. The following day I walked in and he stopped me and said that he doesnt appreciate what we did last night and if it happens again we would be banned. He stopped me in front of other customers and treated me like we had stolen from him or something and said he would ban me. One would think that if we go in to buy gas, yet are broke, he could be a little bit humble or have a little empathy. My husband literally told him that we have no gas to get home, and have literally two dollars, down to our last penny. My husband wasnt screaming or beligerant, he was just trying to get the owner to understand that we cant roll them, and would like to do our best to get gas. He was so rude to both of us, even though I was NOTHING BUT RESPECTFUL, and the older gentleman who was working tonight (7/06/23) witnessed this guy say hed ban me and my response was "Im sorry, yes sir". This man is literally one of the rudest people I have ever been cursed with meeting. I literally spent money here every single day but Im not worth being treated like a human being? I wasn't stealing. I wasn't asking customers for help. I wasn't asking them for help. It was two dollars in change, and he berated us, yelled at us, and threatened to ban me after knowing my husband wasnt there to help defend either of us. He has no respect for customers, and with what i have heard from his staff he doesnt treat them much different. Accuses them of stealing and treating them harshly. Fires them last second only to rehire them when his new staff doesnt show up. People come and go very very quickly, some people being on their second or third employment with him. I hope if hes reading this he genuinely feels distraught for his behavior, because I have personally been in when he three kids are behind the counter, and I would hope he would never wish for his own kids to be treated like this. And to the Shell Corporation, I would not keep my name attached to such a genuinely harsh and horrible human being. All i wanted was to pay for the literal only service a gas station is suppose to provide. I shouldnt have to defend why Im not disrespecting you Nick, Its your job to do what you're doing. You chose to own a gas station, not me.

I actually very much love this Shell gas station, due to the convenient location AND the employees they have. I have never once had a negative experience at this gas station!

They demand a PHONE NUMBER when paying with card at the pump….No way around it but to cancel the entire order… very suspect.

THIS SHELL GOUGES PREMIUM USERSI used to get gas here on a more regular basis. The premium price was anywhere from the common "standard" ($0.60 over regular to better than that, perhaps 55 or 50 cents over. They gave me a reason to come here and I liked supporting a neighborhood business. I stopped today after not having been here for awhile. Premium is almost a $1 (90 cents) over Regular. ?♂️ What the heck, Shell?!! Clearly, I would be a chump to return.*** PREMIUM CUSTOMERS - AVOID THIS STATION ***
