“The very helpful staff helped me find my dogs food which not had to be K/D but only the beef as he is allergic to chicken. The veterinarian had to approve my script and provide me with a paper to process the purchase. Unfortunately, it was late, so I had to come back the next day. They took care of it right away and had my 8 cans set aside for me.”
“I can't speak highly enough about the experience we just had here. My girlfriend and I stopped in to get some frozen feeders for our juvenile ball python and we're shocked by the selection of snakes available here. I had the pleasure of speaking with four employees, a dark haired girl with a sticker on her face, the manager, a very kind soft spoken lady behind the counter, and finally the owner. Each person was genuinely kind, and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like I was getting the fake customer service treatment. The manager was asking my girlfriend and I about our tattoos and animals. The lady behind the counter was giving me the inside scoop on her animals, and not once did I see that dark haired girl stop working or cleaning out enclosures. I had such a good time I stayed a bit longer than expected and fell in love with a python. Next thing I know I'm buying a breeder tank, stand, and all the goodies. Here's where it gets good. I drive a smaller sedan and the tank fit just fine but the stand would not go in. The owner made a trip to the store, took my phone number down, and drove the stand to my house for no added fee. Now I can't say explicitly that this is protocol or will happen for you, I'm just saying that these guys are willing to go above and beyond to ensure these animals go to a good home. They are the ONLY snake sellers out of three I've gone to that talked to me about spider ball pythons and the wobble, and they even advised me to soak this snake when I got home. I left genuinely feeling good about my purchase, and my girlfriend liked it so much she left contact info for possible employment. There's definitely a good thing going on here. Can't wait for the next feeder purchase so I have an excuse to go back again.”
“The staff here truly loves animals! I can tell, my dog can tell haha we order our food here all the time for my pup and they are always so happy to do so! Will be coming here for as long as we can! :)”

“My boyfriend and I visited while we were in the area and thought the store was very cute! We bought our dog some of Silly Willie's Beef Sticks and she loves them. ❤️ We attempted to take a photo with the miniature mural out front with her in place and facing forward but this picture came out really well instead! Thank you for treating Daisy with some TLC and a snack!”
“This location has always had great customer service, clean, organized, helpful. Came here to review today to give cashier, Terri, a huge shout out for her compassion towards my baby goat and recognizing I needed some words of encouragement/kindness + went above and beyond to make sure baby goat and I had everything we needed before leaving the store. Thanks Terri from the bottom of my heart! Give that woman a raise!”
“It was my first time there. I was greeted by one of the cashier's. I was just checking it out and see if they carry my dog's brand of food and other items I would need which I was happy to find out they do. The prices seems decent but food I buy for me dogs was more expensive than i am currently paying for right now but all in all it was very nice store.”
“I've never used a breeder, before no, but, without question, I would recommend this one. We are getting two puppies, and we cannot wait! We were able to meet their parents, meet some of their other dogs, and they all seemed genuinely happy ?. We left there feeling very comfortable with our decision, and they are lovely people!”
