Went to Delco's, the best steak and cheese in the county. I drive from Cearwater to Dunedin to get them. Worth the drive

Delco steaks...best and most accurate philly cheesesteaks in FL! The owners up north came south and brought the skills too.

I went to the kava shop specifically but in general the area is nice, well lit, parking lot a little cramped but slow moving enough that it's ok. There's an ice dispenser, a few restaurants and other various stores. No loiterers that I noticed.
