I had been there 3 times and every time Diane made me feel small. She is a rude person and very unprofessional. Second time I was waiting and she yelled at her coworker since one of her client fell near the door. She did not attempt to help that old person.
They ask your name to decide if they want to give you appointment. What a shame.
I would never go there and would recommend you all to stay away from this unprofessional salon. I will I could give Zero rating.
