Yikes. This place needs to staff more people and STAT if they want to stay in business. Shelves a shamble, line ridiculous, told to fill my own online order…

To be fair, I thought the store was okay up until I got to the registers. While waiting in line patiently, I started observing one of the cashiers and how he was acting. This older man, not a gentleman, was not friendly at all. I looked very mad, and no matter how nice individuals were, he had a sour demeanor. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. When I questioned him on pricing of the items, he was just plain rude even after showing him he was wrong. He still insisted he was right, and there was nothing he could do. He just made this new 1st time customer not want to come back and shop. If I didn't really need those items , I honestly would have just left them there. That's how bad the experience was for me. Believe me, I'm no Karen! Smh, I'm pretty sure others have had a pretty bad experience with that old man with white hair. Joanna really needs to have a serious talking to him and how to treat people, especially those who were nothing but polite to him.

It’s 2 weeks before Christmas and there’s literally only 1 cashier working and 1 person at the cutting counter.working!!?! I have waited in 2 of the longest lines of my life at this store today. I have been shopping this location since it opened here and I won’t be back to this location. The management has got to have gone down hill.

Save yourself the time and headache of shopping here and just go to hobby lobby or Michaels. Most of the time you can’t take advantage of the deals unless you do it online and pickup in store which makes absolutely no sense. You don’t get direction or help here and if you have out of stock items they will not tell you before you pickup. It’s all around a mess here and just not worth the time

If there are always 20 people waiting in line, the store can afford to hire another cashier. I have made several wasted trips to this store, only to leave when I saw the line.

They are severely understaffed. It's common to find a really long line with over 10 people waiting, and only one cashier. It's impossible to find anyone on the floor. Even pickup takes up a lot of time, because this location doesn't do curbside or self-help. You have to go into the store and wait in that long line. I hope that by writing this review I am provided much needed feedback to the senior management. You cannot possibly provide adequate service with these staffing levels.JoAnn in general has a good selection of fabrics and yarn, so the online shopping works well.

This store is a nightmare. I don’t blame it on the employees I blame I on the lack of hiring. If you don’t wanna hire just put self checkouts, some of us are fine doing it ourselves

I picked up 3 ornaments that were priced buy 1 get 2 free. There were multiple signs on the isle. I went to the ribbon section picked out some ribbon. Spent just a few more minutes looking around. I went to the register to pay and the ornaments rang up 50% off. Not what the signs said when I was on that isle. They changed the signs while I was in the store for just a few minutes. I was required to pay the new price. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

We had nick as a cashier and he was so nice and helpful! He was extremely friendly and made our visit even better! He needs a raise!

This is the worst store to shop in. Unless you are buying fabric there is no one to help you. They have buttons in each department to call for assistance. Buy when you use it nobody shows up. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. I walked around the store and the only help I could find was in the fabric department and they were too busy to help. There was one cashier, but she had a long line of people trying to check out. I left the store wondering what ever happened to customer service.

Tons of fabric and we did find the mesh screen we needed to make a minor repair. 4 stars only because the prices on most other items are a bit on the high side. People were lovely and most helpful overall. I'd recommend Joann Fabric, they really do fill a need for lot's of crafty people. Clean and organized store too! ✂️ ? ? ?

Expect to wait in line for thirty minutes because there's only ever one register open and at least 30 old ladies with yarn in front of you trying to pay with pennies. I wouldn't be complaining if this wasn't my experience quite literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I AM HERE. What's the point of the other three registers existing if my experience in the store turns from 15 minutes shopping to 30 min WAITING in line just to buy one thing every single time.

Great place for seasonal decor, with a great selection of fabrics and baking supplies, too. My only complaint is that there is a random recording that goes off while shopping near the Cricut aisle; threatening that an associate will be coming shortly to help you. But they never show up. It feels gross. I actually would like it if an employee showed up. So I wouldn't feel treated like a criminal just for entering a department that had valuable goods that get stolen frequently. Does corporate think that actually deters people from stealing? It deters people from buying. Lock it up if it is a concern. Don't torture the rest of us with a scare crow tactic. Annoying and rude.

This was a busy day for Joann's! Long line but it went quickly and the staff there got everyone rang up and satisfied with their crafting needs..don't forget to use your coupons! They are available weekly on website?

I love this place but have started preferring Michael's down the road with their new self checkout. I went to both stores last weekend, and it was 2 completely different experiences.Joanne's consistently has 1 cashier with the longest, slowest moving line. The employees are doing the best they can and I feel for them so much. They are anways so kind, despite clearly needing more help up front.
