Called 3 times to ask about any patterns being on sale. Teresa answered all 3 times and was so grouchy-- not helpful-- put me on hold for over 5 minutes each time. She needs customer service training!

The sales were just okay and that is not as large of a discount for a company that is closing. Will have to check back closer to final sales. Staff was nice, quick and professional but not the greatest warmth. Probably get below standard of living pay rate.

First, the pros: this store has an excellent selection, most of the employees are helpful and pleasant to be around, lots of sewing patterns to pick from, pet friendly, even the customers that go there are welcoming and great to chat with.
The cons: it's always a bit warm in the store. The store normally looks nice, but then because of A/C issues, they have a ton of random fans/A/C just around the store, and it makes it look/feel rundown. Sometimes, it's warm to the point where I am just standing in front of one to get some cool air. Another con is that the registers usually only have 1 person until theres a 20-person line, then they get only 1 more person down to help even though they have like 5 registers. The wait for a register wouldn't be bad, but when it's warm in the store, it becomes uncomfortable to be near other people. iykyk what I mean. Recently, they have been doing some reshuffling of fabric and doing some organizing. Same type of fabric that is kind of all over the place. Some cotton is mixed with flannels instead of with the other cottons in the back. Fancier fabric in the front, then in the back by flannels and some in the center. Fleece on top of shelves where there is no fabric at all and then fleece by flannels, too. It's a bit hard to even find what I want (fancier silky print or lace and sparkles) because they separated them into multiple different sections with what seems like zero organization. I hope they get organized quickly so I don't have to run back and forth trying to find something specific all the time.

This place is so incredibly overpriced that even the “sales” will destroy your bank account. On the days I don’t workout, I go to JoAnn Fabrics. I wander aimlessly looking for anyone to help locate an item. If I ever find a staff member, my question is answered by a finger pointing into the abyss. Aisle what? Near where? As frustrating as it is, I know I’ve burned 1,000 calories while looking for glue.

This place is always so organized and everyone is very sweet and helpful! I can't remember her name but the sweet cashier with black hair, bangs and a double nose ring with the chain! She's always so sweet and helpful, really just has the best attitude ever

Miserable experience. I tried for hours to get someone on the phone to answer two simple questions and all I got was a recording that says ' the operator is not available - exiting the system'. So I drove up there in heavy rush hour traffic and some rude old woman working at a sewing table - working - at a table - says 'I dont work here ' with a condescending attitude like it was a dumb question , thinks my frustration is amusing, and waves me off to some other counter that I couldnt see because there were shelves blocking my view. The asst manager a young lady , was more polite , but tried to help and admitted that the phone system sucks and the store manager couldnt help me because he leaves at 1 pm . Meanwhile the rude old woman follows me over to where the young manager was working after I was directed to the bulletin board and continued to make fun of me . Maybe if the store manager put in a full days work he could get the phone system and a few other things fixed.

The employees are very nice and doing their best, but there are continually issues at this store. The last few times I’ve been in I’ve had to wait in a huge line because the registers are slow/constantly have issues. Corporate needs to redo the POS system because it consistently is down and it causes stress to both customers and employees.

In line 15mins to pick up online order - frustrating - only to find out my order 1 item wasn't ready (even though ordered 3hrs prior). My bad since I hadn't received an email to confirm it was ready?? ☠️ but April was the bomb, she got me the help I needed & I was back on the road to my next appointment. Thanks for the assist, KUDOS!

I've always been a fan of Jo-ann. This store is a great location. It is clean and well-organized with a large variety to choose from of any item you may need. I specifically love their yarn selection; so many brands and materials to choose from and very well stocked. They also are always running great sales.
