Booked an appointment days in advance , first time I called I got hung up on Without an apology, second time I called my appointment was confirmed for 9am .. Stylist walked in the store at 9:05 the stylist said she will be taking another client before me even though I had an appointment scheduled

Went in person to get hair cut and foil at 11am. Greeted by woman who did not understand a word I was saying. Left name and number said would call back at 2pm. No one called. Called at 230 spoke to owner who could not explain why I could not be seen today even though was in at 11am. BAD BAD business by employees and especially the owner. How dare you be worse at social skills than your non English speaking employees. You shipalima. Imishimipecpogida . Hangul. I do not expect you to be the owner much longer. Good luck.

I'm new to the area and looking for a good affordable razor haircut. Went to Fantastic Sam's and Omar twice. Advertised price for senior haircut is $15. First time it was $25, second time was even more. Was told razor cut is specialty cut therefore extra charge. I was very disappointed at the inconsistent pricing as the cut was great.

I went as i usually do, to fix the back of my hair m,and even it out. (It was a bob cut) I usually have my own hairdresser there to do it and he wasn't in. I told the lady exactly what i wanted. To wet it and even it out in the back. That is all after finishing the back she then proceeded to attempt to fix my curtain bangs i told her not to touch. And then to blow dry my hair,using the hottest setting right on the skin of my neck,nearly burning me,and after telling her i would dry it at home. I then went to pay, asked her to use my 5$ cash and the rest on my card. She then proceeded to take my 5$ as a TIP and put it all on the card. Worst service i have ever received. The back of my neck still hurts.

We just found this FS and absolutely love it! Both times we went everyone has been so kind . This last time we went for my daughter Omar cut her hair and she's just been so happy all day !
