“My first time using Batteries Plus. I took my IPhone XR in for a replacement screen and was happily greeted by a very nice young man who said he would have my phone back to me in a couple of hours. I picked up my phone and all was well for a few hours. I started to notice glitches and strange things happening when I tried to use the phone. I went back several times but the phone never misbehaved when I was there. After 3 weeks of this and several different interventions to try to fix the issues I spoke with Mike who asked me to bring the phone in so they could put another screen on. Mine replaced my screen, added a new screen saver, FREE, and all has been well for several days. Thank you to Mike and Tyler for their support and dedication in helping to fix this problem.”

“Dropped PS5 off in the morning for HDMI port repair also USB port, had it done by the end of the day with very very good price. And showed me when I picked it up the ports worked properly. Very happy overall with everything. Though I went to put a disc in my drive and it's not working. I'm not really sure if it was already broken before I brought it in, so I'm not really worried about that as most my games are digital. ?”

“I am thrilled with the service I received at Batteries Plus, aka "We Fix It", in Largo! Austin and the whole team is so kind, helpful and accommodating. My 2 month old Samsung suddenly lost touch screen ability. The whole team helped ensure that the insurance voucher was sent through to them correctly they could fix it under my warrantee. I greatly respect and appreciate each of them. Austin was especially amazing and a joy to talk to. He is so good at what he does...fixed 5 phones, including mine, all within one afternoon and without breaking a sweat. “GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days. Well, long story short, the TV was fine, Eddie charged us Nothing, like he said, because and the problem ended up being the new Chromecast we bought! Eddie's customer service is Amazing and in this day and time, extremely Rare. Thank you, Eddie, you saved us a lot of money, because we didn't need to buy another TV!”
“My Nakamichi arrived on time in Charleston, West Virginia, in beautiful condition yesterday afternoon. I haven’t tried to record anything yet, but one of the tapes I played on it sounded wonderful. “My 65 inch Samsung wouldn't boot up. Called the experts at Clearwater T.V. Service and they drove to my house, got the T.V., put in a new power supply and backlight and had it back on my wall in record time for a great price! Bill and Larry even spent an extra 30 minutes adjusting the T.V. on the wall to my exact preference and were happy to do it. These guys are the best! HIGHLY recommended!”
“Dropped my projector off for one issue, was told they didn't do anything and it works fine. Was told on the way out, "hopefully your screen isn't smaller since I adjusted that knob that you mentioned was broken."The knob was also supposed to be fixed but wasn't. I did it myself after a YouTube video once I got home so I'm not sure why they couldn't fix this.Get home and my screen size is now stuck permanently it would seem to 54" smaller than when I brought it in. Now it says they are closed but there isn't a voice-mail to leave a message. Hopefully I'll be contacted back by this.*edited because they called and refunded me my fee”
“I called in the afternoon. He knew what my problem was for my big screen TV and advised me that it was worth getting fixed. He came to the house that afternoon. I was worried when he had to take part of the TV to the shop and he had to order the parts but he promised that he would have it repaired before the Super Bowl. In just a few days Paul came back put everything back together, cleaned the lens inside the TV. Even straighten out some audio problems I was having. With days to spare for a party! Great value.”

He called me back and ask me the model of my Panasonic and it was determined that it was a plasma set and would be costly to repair and take time to get the parts. He saved me the cost of $45 And I greatly appreciate his honesty and would recommend him to others.”
