“Located on hwy 60 in lake wales, UPS is open only certain days 1-5 so check Google to make sure they are open. I had to ship an item via corporate account which the UPS store does not do. I was assisted by a newbie but was friendly, apologetic and got the job done. Note the location is just after KFC on the right.”
“Quick dropoff despite the clueless people ahead of me that didn't have a box, items were not packed, the credit card didn't work all after tying up the register so no one else could be taken care of. The attendant finally got a hand held scanner and got me the receipt for my prepackaged, prepaid item. Thank you.”

“This is a totally awesome and all service computer store! They are good at assessing older computers & telling you if its worth it to keep working with it, as was my husband's experience a few months back. However, most recently when a storm in our area caused damage to my previous laptop and I had to get a new computer...All Your Computer Services were able to transfer the data from my old computer, recycle my old computer, and Robert, the young man who works the front desk was able to help me to set up my Microsoft office info on the new laptop and was VERY patient with my challenges that I have sometimes with computers & technology. Robert is a very friendly, welcoming young man and patient with people's learning curve issues with a new device. I was so comfortable with Robert's knowledge and helpfulness, that a few weeks after they set-up my new laptop and I was having challenges navigating a few programs... I went back to the store and he remembered me and was more than willing and helpful to guide me thru the things I needed to accomplish to make the computer more user friendly for me!
