The tv didn’t work in the room. Then the man at the front gave me another room. The tub wasn’t clean it had dirt and hair in it. I will not be staying here

Update 2023:RUN!!!POOL STILL EMPTY AND THEIR STREET BUSINESS SIGN IS FALLING APART!Update 2021: pool still empty at this roach motel.UPDATE JULY 2020...SEE BELOW...Run! I posted the email and the chat screenshot from oyo hotel that clearly stated that the pool was open. I even called two times before I came down with my family that the pool was open. I was lied to 4 times. The hotel doesn't even say oyo anywhere, so no one can even find this disaster they call a hotel. When we first got there, we couldn't even talk to anyone since there is a sign in the lobby that says to call this office number for service. No one answered, and I got a voicemail. There was no one there. Finally, someone came out of one of the rooms when they saw me taking pictures of their out of service for the season pool. I'm currently trying to get a refund since this place clearly lied 4 times about their business.UPDATE they could care less about proof and that they lied to me. They refuse to give me a refund. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.UPDATE: a miracle from God? My complaint to the BBB? My endless posts on social media? Yes! Within 5 minutes of my tweet, I received a personal phone call. Long story short, to end this horror show, they made me give them my personal banking information and never transferred the money. Finally, I received a text to get it by paypal. That took another 14 business days. Was all this worth $150 refund? You BET!

Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Booked for 5 nights and only stayed 1 with no refund. Room was terrible with no TV, broken locks, and bad smell. Left at 6am and returned at 7pm to a locked room with someone else in it. I only left a few things in the room but they were gone. Offered to put me in another room (just as bad I assume) but no refunds or compensation for stolen or "lost property". Horrible experience that I hope no other soul has to endure.

This place is a joke. It is not a hotel. It is a scam. It says 24/7 check in but you cannot possibly check in at any time because no one is there and no one answers the phone or returns messages even during regular business hours. The hotel was locked and no one ever answered our calls or returned our message. We never were able to get in our room that we booked and lost all of our money. If you want to sleep in your car or outside all night and pay for it then book a room here. We booked through priceline and contacted priceline to request a refund but neither the "hotel" or priceline would help us. There were other people stuck outside waiting to get in the rooms they booked as well and were never able to get in. Complete scam.

TERRIBLE / SCAMMERSI called, reserved and paid $207 for one room for one night. When I arrived, I was told there were NO rooms available and that I had to call the national corporate office number to get a refund. I called numerous times only to get an automated voice message. I called back the original agent that I booked with, only to be transferred back to the same automated voice message. I tried contacting them thru their website, nothing...To this day, I still have not received a refund. Absolute trash of a hotel company. No wonder they have such low ratings on Google.

Hotel is in renovation so it's a little rough around the edges but the staff are amazing.Especially Kamil the nightime clerk is awesome!Definitely has alot of potential after renovation is done. Room very clean and housekeeping is great.I didn't have a microwave in my room butvoncevi mentioned that the manager Harry got right on it.Definitely recommend if on a budget.Close to Lego land and not far from Disney.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE hotel!! Stay clear!!We stayed from 2/16 - 2/20First, the hours of operation of the front desk is only 9AM to 7PM and check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM. Not the hours that the website says it is. The driveway to the rooms are completely broken and will kill your tires if you aren't careful. The pool is empty as is the fountain. No free breakfast as advertised, just a sign that says "Restaurant Coming Soon". Staff is horrible, we asked for clean sheets and instead he followed us into our room to be determined we lied about the people in the room (we didn't). Not once during our stay they cleaned our room, and I paid in advance to guarantee our rate, just for the person at the front desk said that amount wasn't honored and I had to pay extra.Our TV didn't work and the back of the remote had tape all over it like you are at grandma's house. First night, a guest dropped his glass on the curb and during our whole stay, no one cleaned up the broken glass on the walk way. The hotel is also on HWY 27 which is very hard to leave and get into. If you miss the entryway, you will have to do a U-turn as there is no connection from this hotel form the others.This isn't a value, it's a scam. Especially if you have a family.Rooms: Dark sheets, never cleaned.It is pretty big for a budget hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE!!I literally flew across the country, had booked and paid for this "non refundable" hotel. Got here at 10pm at night (exhausted) and I see a sign on the office door that says "ALL rooms are occupied, NO rooms available!" and another one that says "if pre-paid online, please call customer service for refund" with all the front doors locked. I called the front desk (they didn't let me in) and he tells me "sorry about that, it's been an ongoing issue lately with more rooms being booked than available, so its basically whoever just gets here first". WHY THE EVER LOVING HECK DIDNT YOU AT LEAST CALL PEOPLE WHEN THE ROOMS WERE FILLED?!The only compensation I got was a suggestion to call the "customer service number on the door". of course I'm upset as I'm already exhausted and now I have no place to sleep. I call said number, it's fully automated. there is no way to talk to a live person and it keeps telling me my conformation number can't be found and to call back later. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I ended up calling Priceline (who I booked it through) and after investigation they did refund my money +$35 for the inconvenience. Moral of the story, avoid this hotel like the plague and book a DIFFERENT hotel through Priceline! Ended up having to drive 45 minutes away to find a hotel that had immediate availability. Worst hotel experience I've ever encountered, and I've been at some gross places.

Absolutely the worst hotel ever in my life that I've come across I had to cancel my room because when I got to the hotel the receptionist said there was a $75 deposited on top of what I already paid for the room. I didn't have that much on me I already booked the room. And couldn't stay because I was short but on booking it says $50 dollar deposited not $75. I have 2 kids and they stole our money. The guy lied. Then when I canceled they took 85 dollars and said it was a cancelation fee and I didn't get my money back. Do not go to this hotel they will steal from you!!!!
