I will generally ONLY go to the Dover, Florida post office for services. Carmela is an amazing person and provides exceptional customer service. She goes over and beyond to provide the best customer service. I definitely prefer this location as opposed to Plant City whose employees are "too busy" and not helpful at all. You're basically on your own at the Plant City location. Thank you Carmela for assisting my son and me with the books shipment!

This place should be knocked down and replaced. The building as well as it's staff look to be falling apart, everytime I have to visit this particular location no one greets you, no smiles. Just miserable people.

I come to this post office for the very first time to find out some information about a package a lady with curly hair comes up to me she's nice at first then I start asking her questions about the package and if I could get proof that my package was not sent to me she started getting snippy in one sided so I asked for the main person Mr Tony B was a delight to talk to he helped me out and everything I needed he went over and above what should have been done to make sure I was happy to get what I needed to prove that something wasn't sent to me I applaud Mr Tony for being the manager and an uplifting person that he is the curly haired lady I don't know her name she needs a course and customer service relations she may have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed or had a bad morning but she should not take it out on her customers especially for the first time

What's going on with delivery services at this post office, I paid $16.00 dollars for delivery, and post office carrier did not deliver it to my door and put note "Held at Post Office at Customer Request", but l did not request to hold it, so I have to drive from my work to MLK post office, over there they try to mislead me saying "it out to delivery and carrier is not back yet", but I showed them Notice received from Post Office, that my packet is being held at this location, I asked to take a look, then they went and found it there, finally I got my parcel. I tried to submit complaint over the phone to Post Office Master but their post phone menu is VERY complicated, I believed nobody can get thru this phone Quest get to Customer Representative, I have to write this post so people will know. Now my Question is: Who will reimburse me $16.00 dollars for no delivery and self pick-up ?"

I like this post office and I been coming here for years because i never had an issue mailing my package but today 7/19/2022 @ around 2:20 the lady that I never seen before was there her last name Wilson was extremely rude and unprofessional !The other lady that works there and the guy I forgot what their names are but they’re always helpful and nice but this lady Wilson I don’t know who she think she is to talk to people in this way , but from now on every time I have to mail a package I’ll make sure she’s not there, otherwise I will comeback when the other 2 kind people are there working.

Getting out and actually making an attempt to deliver mail is apparently too big of a task for USPS. I never have any problems out of UPS, Amazon or FedEx as pictured! These are all deliveries made on 3/11. Manager and staff are all rude and unprofessional as well. Avoid this location if you are expecting any of them to do their job!

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would the lady who thinks this place is private property is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. You are a public employee not a private company. Get told by multiple people that they have what we needed and get there 4 times to be told the postmaster needs to talk and is never there.

This place is a joke. The postmaster is never there. They deliver my packages to the wrong address all the time. They returned my mail weeks after sending it out. I see I lawsuit in the future because they are now making my business look bad because they are a joke at my post office and never deliver when they should. They lose payroll checks and everything. I need HELP. I can’t keep doing this.

This office deserves to be defunded and closed. So yourself a favor and go to any other USPS. I have an issue every single time I’m here. From not wanting to accept my package to telling me it’s incorrect. I ship 30 items a week average and have no issues with packages not having enough postage or being in incorrect priority packaging. This is the only USPS that is consistently unhelpful and flat out rude. Oh and if you’re there before closing but they don’t think you’re gonna make it to the counter on time bc the line is long (their fault) then they will not service you, close and lock the door instead. Not one person there should be aloud to work with customers.

If I could put this post office no stars I would, the lady that was working around 1:30 was really rude it looked like she doesn’t want to work there. I went there to send a package and she was telling me I had to put my package info on top of the box, I have been sending packages for a long time never heard this before. She refused to accept my package, and was very rude with an attitude. I went to a different one and they didn’t say anything about the information being where it was. The women in Dover was super lazy and unhelpful.

They consistently deliver our packages/mail to the wrong address and then ignore our concerns.
