Our next family adventure take us Yedra Patio Furniture located at Doral, walking around for remodeled my patio and I founded this place, when you enter you feel the quality of the products they sell, the prices are high but it is another level of design, it is more than a gallery they are works of art for the home. Each design is different and stands out for its luxury and class, the samples on the floor fulfill your dream of how to have a high class patio, from a kitchen to a piece of furniture to rest and enjoy a sunset or sunrise and this store can do your dream come true.

On my recent visit to this store I walked in and not one of the maybe 12 employees that were on the sales floor bothered to greet me with a hello or asked me if I needed help ... I walked around to look at a showroom and outside display that was in total disarray and walked out ... Never again ... I wasn't that impressed with their merchandise anyway ...

These guys were awful and while we ended this on a bad note, they continue to post photos of my backyard as an example of their "good" work. I have continued to try and correct, fix things and I couldn't be more disappointed in the way they handled things.

Great experience from beginning to end with our Pergola. Of 10+ contractors and subs that worked on our yard, they were one of the best! Our City has a long permitting process that requires revisions to plans and applications; The Patio District was timely and stayed on top of it. Beautiful finished product and responsive every step of the way.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service!! After purchasing & installing multiple Pergolas on my property, just a couple of years later they are all leaking .... I tried calling the store multiple times to explain my situation & it took 3 weeks for someone to return my call.... when I finally spoke to a manger, she advised that I had to prepay $150.00 in order to schedule a visit from one of their reps. I must repeat, I had to prepay a fee of $150.00 for one of their reps to come out & take a look at the defective pergolas that they themselves installed??? There is nothing worse then a company that does not stand behind their product & provides such poor customer support on a product that is quite expensive. Patio District is a classic case of a company that became too successful too fast & now does not have the proper infrastructure to take care of the many clients that have purchased their product. It's a shame because when they started, they had many knowledgeable reps & their customer service was excellent.... Be mindful of using this company because once your pergola has been built, & the bill has been paid, you are on your own..... very disappointed.

Overpriced poor quality work, irresponsable, took over one year to finish my backyard, crew worked one day and disappear for one month. Required tons of emails and calls to get my job done. Go to a different company

From beginning to end with Luxapatio my wife and I were extremely happy. We went in not necessarily knowing exactly what we are looking for and thankfully we had a great salesman, Jose, help us through the entire process. Jose was extremely knowledgeable about the various grills but also helped us choosing one that was not only a great quality grill, but a great value too. He then linked us up with the rest of the team including Juan and some of the people in the office. Once construction began they kept us pretty informed along the way. I had a Ceramic grill which I didn't even buy from them, but as I rite this email Jose had just left, he personally came over to help me move the grill onto the platform they built. Pricing was also very fair as well. Would highly recommend to check these guys out.

Very Good and On-Time We also did our patio renewal with this company and then decided to award them the outdoor kitchen. This part was all-around better executed. They communicated on a daily basis letting us know the next steps and the entire job was delivered quickly and on-time.

My husband and I are very happy with not only the finished product but the entire process at Luxapatio. Carlos was our sales person and was available by phone or text throughout the process. He helped us design our dream outdoor kitchen and stayed within our budget (we know this is difficult with any design process). What was most impressive is that we gave them a very tight turnaround time as we had our gender reveal party and wanted it be done and perfect and they did it! He made sure the entire process was seamless and his positive attitude and fantastic customer service was unparalleled. Finally, the quality of their work was top of the line. I give my highest recommendation to Carlos and his team at Luxapatio!

I went some time ago, they had a great selling team, but once you are hooked and have paid the struggle begins!!! First, the barely keep up the same people, so once you kind of know the installer they change him (no wonder??) so the installation process is a huge mess and complication... but lets say the work is done, now FORGET ABOUT ANY WARRANTY they told you existed, there is absolutely no possibilities they honor this. They will NEVER SHOW UP, NEVER REPAIR, NEVER WILL ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS, basically there is NO POST SERVICE OR WARRANTY. I think there are lots of places in Miami to find good service, so why go to these people that will never give you any kind of service, TERRIBLE!!!! Don't waste your money, and if you just want to give it away give it to charity - good deed!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
