They kept me waiting for 1 hour to be attended to, I tell you that I am with an elderly woman, they left us waiting as soon as she was free, the saleswoman left to attend to other people. Saying that they had a date first, what kind of nerve. Dayana, of the Verizon Doral store was AWESOME!!
She was helpful, professional and polite.
I had been to two other Verizon stores and she was able to fix my issue.
Highly recommend anyone asking for her.

They lose just now a customer with a 7 lines switch for the simple fact of no offer a restroom for customers. This place sucks.

As a telecommunications system, Verizon arguably has one of the most robust networks in North America. But when it comes to sales, customer service, and internal processes, they are a major disaster, this is because the established processes are very complicated, and are full of potholes that create bureaucracy and inefficiency. All of this causes customers to become frustrated and often leave with another operator.Today I left one of their stores quite frustrated because of something they had stuck between them and that they could never resolve.

The Worker named Dayana from this Verizon did not want to help when I placed an order and appointed a person within my account to pick up the equipment at the store and she did not help at all, only with negative responses, when I tried all the points organized so that this type of inconvenience does not happen, I really don't know why they put these types of unprofessional people, I leave it to the Manager.
