They are always willing and able to go the extra mile. However, earlier this week, I was in need of some service and am going through hard times. They not only took this into consideration. They went the extra mile and then some. They took care of my needs and treated me as I would only expect family to treat me. They were unexpectedly empathetic to my hard times, and without me even asking for a break, they charged me well below the value of their service. When I asked for what I owed, the gentleman at the counter blew my mind with what he responded with. “I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”
