Yesterday, we had the pleasure of meeting sales representative Humberto, he was amazing!!!! He is extremely friendly, very respectable and most of all very knowledgeable about the products he sells. We were very impressed by his excellent customer service. We are very must excited to the final product of our windows treatment. Terrible Customer Service!
I purchased two large blackout curtains for my new apartment—one with an electric motor and the other manual. The installation process was a nightmare. The installer left during the installation, claiming he needed to grab something from his van, and I had to call to get the manager to come out another day to finish the job.
The electric motor has broken twice in just a year and a half. The first time, they replaced it after my complaints, but just three months later, it failed again. Now, they expect me to remove the motor myself—despite having no experience—and bring it to their office for a replacement. There’s no assistance offered for reinstalling it either.
While I’ve bought from them multiple times and even recommended them to others due to a smooth sales process, their warranty and customer service are extremely lacking. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a motorized zebra blind for my sliding door. Salesman was fantastic and installation was great. Fast, professional and reasonable with the entire process. I will use Palace Interiors again and highly recommend them for window treatments.

I was very pleased with the quote for my blinds. The salesman was very nice and provided a very competitive price. Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very cautious. The sales rep Humberto was great. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He was very patient he helped me select the blinds for my entire house. The price was very affordable with the help of the manager camillo. The installers Raunell and Victor did a great job they cleaned up. The Zebra blinds are beautiful. These worker are exceptional. I recommend these pros. Good job. Thank you

I ordered 3 panel curtains of 3 different colors, they have a well-known marketing strategy that first tells you a very high value and then they make you an offer, when installing the 3 colors I did not like them, to change the fabrics of 4 panels I They were charging $800, it's as if they were talking about $8 more or less, these people went too far, they are the most expensive on the planet, they made the wrong length and now they supposedly have to reduce the curtain, it took them 3 weeks to come, now let's see What they come out with with this new change, the curtains look horrible, choosing the color in a catalog is not the same as seeing it installed, just keep in mind that they are going to charge you up to a smile if you go with them.
The complaint is not that it is "free of charge", the point is that they are charging me mercilessly, as if I had not paid enough, it has also been 4 more weeks and no one has contacted me to bring me the curtains that I ordered

I have used Palace Interiors for many years and they are flawless. They answer their phones right a way, schedule your estimate right a way and send installers right a way . Sergio and Raunel were excellent as well. I highly recommend this company. This is rare .
