This is the worst store of any kind that I have ever gone to. Nobody speaks English at all, nobody seems to care to learn any, and everyone takes their sweet time ignoring customers, and not really doing anything. There's always an insane line, and rather than helping the next customer while one waits for a part in the back or something, they just stand there and do nothing while a huge line forms. 0 stars.

I've been a customer at Napa for the past 8 years, but recently, I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of their salesmen, Reynaldo. From the moment I arrived, his attitude was extremely arrogant, and unfortunately, he treated me with disrespect. Not only that, but he responded to my questions with sarcasm and mockery, going as far as telling me I had to pay the invoice to continue receiving service.The situation was much more complicated than I can detail here, but by the end of my visit, it was challenging to come to terms with what I had experienced. Despite my patience, I left the store with a negative feeling. I was surprised that a reputable company like Napa has someone with this type of behavior working for them.After the visit, I decided to do some further research and found Google reviews dating back over 10 months, all pointing out Reynaldo for his poor customer service. This made me question even more how a renowned company can allow such a situation to persist.To make matters worse, upon reviewing my purchase, I noticed that Reynaldo had charged me for 12 carburetor cleaners instead of one. When I returned to address this issue, he completely ignored me and urged me to speak to another colleague for a solution, claiming it didn't necessarily have to be him.Fortunately, his colleague recognized Reynaldo's poor attitude and insisted he refund my money, as he couldn't comprehend why I had been charged for an entire box of carburetor cleaners.In summary, my experience with Reynaldo was very negative. I highly recommend avoiding dealings with this salesman to steer clear of issues at the store.
