This is the last time I come to this Goodwill drop off site. The lady - Ania Delgado - was beyond rude! She asked me, in an extremely rude way to take my donations up the stairs, into the trailer bc they did not pay her, nor was she allowed, to come down not even one of the five or six steps leading to the trailer. I was surprised but did it anyway. As I was waking away, she told her coworker… “People here think this is a drive thru and I’m sick of it.” I was flabbergasted as I had not said a word! Never again!!! and to think they make money out of our donations!!!!

Terrible service today in Doral Area the girl was she was sitting and her phone all the time I have a heavy bags she didn’t move to grabbed the bags please don’t let people do not want to work, remember we are donating to Goodwill at least we expect the people works there help the people

We come to donate some things with love (in my case it is the second time I came) the treatment of the employees is terrible. (The first time was the same) We will never return.

When it says it is open it is not true because if they are full you can't leave anything, better go somewhere else.

I won’t donate simply due to the countless of reviews posted below regarding the rude and unprofessional nature of the staff & front girl who works this location. They need better people, willing to service the community. I will find somewhere else to go where my donations are appreciated

They are rude. They always say that they don't have space, so they really try to hire more capable people who don't sit on the phone all day. Please learn to serve the public….

I rarely write reviews on anything.But I felt I had to for this experience!The girl who works here is just amazing. I tried donating twice, first time she said she couldn’t take my 2 bags because it was raining. ( it was barely drizzling and I was carrying the bags anyway)Then I came back at 5:25 ( they close at 6:30) she said they were full and couldn’t take anymore. I had 2 bags, not some huge delivery. Meanwhile she’s sitting outside smoking a cigarette. Just amazing, this lady should not represent this company, or any company for that matter. Horrible attitude.

Went here on 4/22 6pm. Has a lady that turns people away with donations because she says that for “large donations” (2-4 bags) we need to go to a store (which Doral doesn’t have one nearby). On top of it she was extremely rude and clearly did not want to do her job. Should not be acceptable for this field.
