No one is ever in the front to attend the customers, and once she does show up she has nasty attitude and then disappears again. She also tried charging me $15 to send an email!!!!!

The service is terrible they make you wait 1-2 hours for a 1 pallet to be taken down from your truck/pickup truck

Terrible client to go to load they take all the time in the world they play with the time of the driver I had the worst experience 1 hour to get the door and after parking 1 hour to put 2 pallets

words cannot describe the disgusting, rude, ineffecient, dreadful, insulting experience with the worst, rudest people (especially gladis) who make things as difficult as possible, i have never ever had such bad treatment. it was so bad that i'm going to post the name of this company and words to the effect that we will never accept goods through them - they are banned with our company - if you can possibly avoid doing business through them, you should. they are awful, rude, terrible people - gladis should be fired for her rudeness - she is a disgusting, awful creature. in the end, the only people who helped me were other truck drivers there to pick up things - global freight went out of their way to be rude and difficult. shame on you. if i could give zero stars i would.
