Sadly I had an emergency situation with my very high strung, 80lb German Shepard and I did not get the support I needed from petsmart. I think when it's routine appointment and within business hours, they respond very well to your pet. But other than that, they don't respond well at all. I am relocating going overseas, and airlines are only flying small dogs in cabin. I tried adoption, but new owners weren't prepared to put in all time and energy to keep my dog. She tried to escape every time. I tried two different rescues, one that was a German Shepard rescue exclusively, (she tried to escape, jumped a 7 foot fence) and her phobia makes her aggressive. My dog was classified not adoptable by 2 different rescues. They recommended I put my dog to sleep. To date I am still waiting for Dr Renz her vet, to return my call for help. We have been dealing with this heartache since last week, trying to get someone in Petsmart to call me back and offer a helping hand. After all my pet has been under their care since she was 10-12 weeks old. I reached out to both private and commercial businesses for help, to no avail, and still nothing from Petsmart. I am relocating overseas this week and Dr Renz has nothing to say about her doggie patient.

Bri was very helpful and knowledgeable about stuff in the store and helped us pick out the perfect hide for a snake. Ashton was a quick cashier and pretty good looking too ?

I literally had three items in my hand that said TOP PAW. Their sign literally says Buy one get 1/2 off of one product of “ALL”TOP PAW PRODUCTS. This is the same song different day I can never go in And actually grab a product and the price be the same. No scan code for me to scan the product either. This is the same song since early 2000s. I have never had an issue understanding Business sales promotions ONLY MAINLY HERE! Three toy animals all said Top Paw! I walked out not buying them at all. I can’t even believe I spent five minutes trying to figure out toys let alone the 15 or 20 minutes I actually spent. It should not be that difficult put a product up with the correct price and it is easier to buy instead of trying to be tripped at the cash register.?

The lady that hoped me should be employee of the year. She went above and beyond her duties to help me. Six hours prior to arriving I had left my home town of New Orleans I just had surgery a couple days earlier for knee replacement. I couldn’t walk and was traveling alone with my dog the associate Brianna came out to the vehicle show me the products that I requested and took my payment from car side. When I arrived at my destinations friends and family were already there and able to assist me getting out . Thanks to Brianna no one had to go back out and pick up anything for my dog I’ve had everything I needed thank you very much ma’am Petsmart is lucky to have employees like you Petsmart you should acknowledge this employee it was above and beyond the duty to service your customers

When I was looking at the comet goldfish, I saw a huge clump of dead goldfish stuck to the tank's filter. I am now very concerned for the health of not just the goldfish, but all of the fish because when I called they were very dismissive and seemed as inattentive to me as they are to the pets in their store.

The other big brand WILL accommodate our dog's medical disability and groom our dog, this place refuses. Talk about political these days with vaccinations, and a health issue blocks this, because it could kill our dog..... I will never come to this store or any other again. *1 star because I had to.....

My pup passed away after having a procedure done at this petsmart. Within 24 hours. I’m not blaming them as things happen BUT they didn’t even call or email after.I’m sure they know as the emergency vet said they forward records to them. They also know since they called me the morning after the procedure and I told them we rushed him to the emergency vet just a couple hours after picking my pup up from them.We’re not just heartbroken that we lost Fury after such a simple procedure but it feels like such a slap in the face to have been taking him to Banfield for all these years and we couldn’t even get a “sorry for your loss”.

Usually has everything I need for my dogs and cat. Probably not the best place for exotics though. I have a pacman and we couldn't find water conditioner for her. But we understand!

I shop at this Petsmart because the employees always are great when I come in. During these times when staffing is light, they always greet you when you come into the store. All my questions are answered (when I have some) and the store is always stocked with the dog and cat items I always purchase for my dog and cat. It's great to see dedicated employees that live their job always make sure the customer does come first. After all, our animals are very important to us and the team at this location really is the best.

Most welcoming petsmart I've ever been in. The staff was so accommodating! My condo wasn't ready when I came down with my cat. I'd already been driving 7 hours and it was too hot without shade to stay in the car. I bought a leash and walked around with my cat in a cart for a little over an hour in the air conditioning.

I started going here about 5 months ago after adopting our first dog Zoey. The Banfield and groomer inside this location makes it a very convenient stop. I haven't shopped around a lot but the prices seem to be averaged. Staff has been helpful and informative. Zoey likes the treats at checkout. Overall, I'm happy with the experience so far.

Good selection of products, generally clean and easy in and out. Staff could be a bit more friendly but overall for a big box store its worth your time and $$
