“I got a weekly pass while on vacation in Destin. It's a small gym, but very well stocked. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, and was happy to help and answer questions. On a few of the days I was there were classes in sessions, but there was plenty of equipment for everyone. Every person I spoke to while there was very friendly and the overall vibe was very positive and relaxed. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking to keep up your exercise routine while on vacation.”

“I just want to publicly say how much this establishment means to me because I’m only good with words on paper. F45 found me when I was down and discouraged. I’m a really shy person so I hated the gym and it was really hard for me to even walk inside to inquire about trying out a class. To my relief, Chris was at the front greeting everyone with a smile and hello. I began to relax a bit as I stumbled over my words attempting to explain that I would like to try a class. Fortunately, he read me and proceeded to take over the conversation and invited me to try the class for a week. This would become one of my best life moves as F45 has changed my life in such a positive way. All the coaches here are very supportive without being pushy. I began to feel myself getting stronger and more confident with each class I conquered. With all this being said, I just want to say thank you with my whole heart. I am so sad that I had to move away for work, but I will cherish my time here forever. I will always visit when I’m in the area.With all the love, Faith.”

“If you are looking for a basic, simple gym, this would be it. Though there isn’t a ton of equipment and nothing is duplicated expect for most cardio equipment (not the bike) and one bench press, you don’t have to wait very often for a machine which is wonderful.”
