Jimbo was more than a disgrace to deal with. He was very rude and talked down to everyone. My dad is a first responder and we asked “Do you all do the military/first responder discount” and he said which one is it. It can’t be both of them. DUHHHH we aren’t as dumb as you think we are Jimbo… then he asked for a phone number and my mom gave it to him. He then proceeds to say “You’re saying it way too fast. I can’t understand you”Jimbo is losing people’s business just by the way he acts. VERY rude!!

This morning at 10:30 I returned an online order that arrived containing random women’s clothing. Columbia Customer Service advised I drive to the store for help to make the complicated return. (What I purchased for $83.03 was not what I received). At first inquiry, a manager said no way could the store accept the on-line return since it wasn’t what I ordered. Retail Supervisor Michael Baffa stepped in to perform heroic customer service. He called the on line help desk to resolve the conundrum and eventually I left with my credit card refunded. This took enormous patience and time. My alternative was to contest the charge with Visa and instead I may possibly decide to place my order online again. Not sure if I’m up to the challenge if the system were to fail again. Such a hassle with no easy resolution.
