I have been going here for the last 6 yrs, and I have nothing but praise for this team. They are informative, they listen, and offer advice, and work with you for the betterment of your pet. The front desk girls are amazing. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge that she loves to share, and the vets are just as awesome. I will never go anywhere else.

Im extremely satisfied with Dr. Provone and her staff. She is amazing ! She took her time to speak to me about my fur-baby health, how to fix it, and what can be done. I will continue to come here. I highly recommend Dr. Provone.

The Staff at this Banfield is one of the best! The office Manager Sarah is so kind and always works with me on scheduling my pets… Dr Rentz is incredibly empathetic and compassionate and has been such a blessing for my guys! Dr Perrone (I am so sorry if I mis spelled) has been so kind to me, even with an emergent euthanasia for my mom’s dog. I love this Banfield and will not take my guys anywhere else! They also understand my over bearing attitude about my little 16 year old min pin and have been more than gracious in accommodating me with his appointments :) thank you all for the work you do!

Do not sign up for the wellness plan. My dog is dead and the plan does not have any exceptions even if your pet has died. I now have to keep paying the monthly costs until the plan expires or pay for the discounts which is higher and over $1500 even though I can no longer use their services on the plan. The plan doesn't even allow transfers to other pets so I have no way of getting any value out of the payments at all. I would have understood if I was cancelling due to other reasons besides my dog being deceased but having to pay up a lump sum or paying months after my dog passing away is just wrong on many levels. Had I known they would not cancel in the event of my dog dying or even just transferring the plan to another pet I would not have signed up. The only thing they could do for me was to cancel the part of the plan that included tick, and heartworm medication which I can't use anyway but it wasn't even a cancellation because I had to pay out of it as well just to lower the monthly costs that I can't make use of. I do not recommend their plan or services to anyone.

They're the BEST veterinarians in Destin! They provide cheap monthly payments, which include medications, surgeries, check ups, daycare, grooming, and overnight stays! We love Banfield!

Tried to schedule a spay surgery multiple times but there were no appointments when I would go. Once I was finally able to schedule an appointment and showed up for the surgery I was told I had to pay $548.22 out of pocket despite already paying to have it done through the Early Care Plus plan. After discussing this with some employees, I was told to contact Banfield directly, who then directed me to contact the manager. When I reached out to her, I was never given a call back. Highly disappointed, and still waiting for a refund for the double charge.

I’ve been to at least 10 different Banfield pet hospitals across the country and this by far is the best one. I was able to get a next day appointment for my pup to get all of her vaccines and teeth cleaned -something that I had been trying to do for weeks at Banfield in Tennessee! The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating. So grateful that we found our new reliable vet - this location has restored my faith in Banfield!!

I’ve used Destin’s Banfield for 3 years for my cat’s primary care. I feel like this location schedules more appointments than they can handle. Although my cat’s membership expires in December, I will not be bringing her back due to my latest experience. I brought my cat in recently for her annual wellness and two vaccines. They were 25 minutes late bringing her back (no biggie), but I had to wait in the area 4 hours and 15 minutes. Over 4 hours! I’ve never had to wait that long. Yes, it was a Saturday. When I gently told the receptionist we would not be returning, instead of apologizing she said “It’s not for everyone”. My second to last time at Banfield I brought my other cat there for his vaccines. I told the front desk “please come get me if he is not cooperative. He is calmer when I’m around”. They did NOT come and get me, and he did NOT get his vaccine that day. I was told before canceling this cat’s membership by a phone rep that I could go in with him. I believe the staff cares for the animals, but they are too busy to show quality customer service.

My dog has had diarrhea for two weeks I took him to this place they gave me medicine and he started having bloody diarrhea, I took him back and they gave me more medicine, and now the dog is vomiting and doesn’t want to eat anything. Only worse, I took it again. They charged me $300 in exams so they told me that the dog is fine. It’s unfair. They only know how to take out money.
