This use to be my spot to go. Until one day i went in and there was this stuck asian lady she sits in the very front row on the aisle seat. I was explaining in detail what it was i wanted and i guess there was something in what i said she didn't like... she rudely stood up said nothing and in her language must of said something to another worker who came and took me to another seat. My nail polish was all the way messed up. disgusting to even think that i had to PAY for this service... I'm here to recommend you to the nail salon in the walmart plaza called Deltona Nails and Spa ... they are super professional very clean super organized and will treat you like the paying customer you are. They took care of me and my kids with no problem. You will definitely appreciate the change of scenery and the dedication to professionalism.
Requested style: You can request but if they dont like what your asking for .... you get what they give you.
Cleanliness: This place is your average low budget salon

Please do not go here. I use to visit here frequently but as of late they seem to be short staffed. You will wait a long time 1.5-2 hours for mediocre work. Just go someplace else.

Some of the worst waxing I've ever had. Also very unsanitary, she was constantly picking up her phone because she was on a call the entire time and then touching my face. Will not be back

Customer Service should always be the one quality your employees and business leaders value when operating a business in such a small community, such as Deltona, Florida. I visited Spa Nails location next door to Publix last Friday, May 10th at 6:45 p.m. and Nail Rep Jesse (who sits at the front when you enter by the cash register) that was very rude, very upset and lashing out at customers...all because, it was busy. I understand the pressure to complete all services for Mother Day's Weekend, however, being rude and disrespectful to a customer because I mistakenly call her Mimi. She was wearing a mask and I clearly made a mistake by calling her mimi. After being accosted by this rude individual, I immediately, apologized and said I was sorry I took you for Mimi. My family were in Deltona for the weekend, my mother in law, my sister and siter in law all wanted to get their nails done, and as a result of this unfortunate rude encounter with Jesse, we decided to give our business to another nail outlet in Deltona. My professional assessment is that, Jesse need a training course on how to effectively communicate under pressure and how to be kinder to customers entering Spa Nails. Note, I've been coming to your facility for over 10 years and I was sadden by this event. Thank you very much. Shelly

I went there and got all black matte finish. By the next day the so called “gel” that they put on started chipping. I could not return because I was going out of town that same day. I’ve been there twice and they are just so rude. Never ever will I return

If I could give 1 star I would. Worst place. I asked for a soak off and she proceeded to use a sharp instrument to take my nails off. I kept telling her it hurt and she continued. She blamed me for my nails being weak and told me to do dip powder and it will make them stronger. After finally done she charged me $20 for freaking torture. My nails are destroyed more now than before. I will NEVER go here again. I am going to report to better business bureau because I am pretty sure it’s illegal.

Walked in to get dip powder removed, I was welcomed by screaming from the back. I was told which number to sit at. My stylist came over didn’t even say but two words to me. They rest consisted of her speaking to the stylist beside her and I guess FaceTime the remainder of the time. No communication the whole time I attempted to have a few conversations but nothing! After she used the nail clippers that remind you they have in the “sealed” clear blue bags like ziplocks to us , nail file, etc she stuck them back right in the bag / no cleaning what so ever! I also ended up having a bad nail under my dip powder from another salon and part of the reason we are going natural. Would not under sun return nor get a set done here! I didn’t get to wash my hands she wiped with a hot towel , no sink present in the lobby/salon besides the bathroom, fingers crossed!
