I drove from central Florida to pick up a tree. I choose a smaller tree than originally discussed. They tried to take advantage of me by trying to sell me the smaller tree at the same price of the Large tree. This is not an industry practice

Nice selection of trees, mostly large landscape types. We were looking for something flowering & not too tall. Wound up with a desert casia. They delivered and installed within a few days.

I got a tree delivered one week ago and the leaves look like this some kind of disease I’m not sure what in the process of trying to find out. The owners told me to contact the department of agriculture and didn’t offer to help in anyway whatsoever.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Came in today to purchase 4 large palms for my back yard - it was about 12:30 and I did not realize that they closed at noon on Saturday. There was a sign, but it's small. The gate was wide open when we came in and there were a few people walking around so it appeared open when we pulled in. As my wife and I started looking around, we were yelled at, literally yelled at, by a young guy who worked there standing by a white truck that they were closed and that we needed to leave. No mention about being sorry and that they would reopen on Monday, no offer to find out what we wanted and see if we could quickly find what we needed and buy it. Just an angry yell that they were closed and told to leave. We left, went to Bushel Stop and dropped more than $1,600 on 4 palms and several smaller plants for the same area. It's no wonder that Bushel Stop was packed. Their stuff is great, very helpful, and they have a great selection.

To Anonymous Princess i see you were wondering what "too heavy" means for a tree install. It means the tree can't be lifted by man and you probably dont have room for a large machine or wouldn't want to pay for the crane. . Why do we sell big trees, because not everyone has the same issues. Hope this helps.

Wow!! Called them and asked them about doing a job for us and the lady that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Basically said “nope can't help you†in other words “your job is too small!

Pro Gardens And Friends??? No Friend of mine here. More like Grumpy old and lazy Gardens . I inquired about purchasing and installing a couple of large palm trees with the owner and his response was that he did not have the men to move it into my backyard area as it was too heavy. What kind of excuse is that? Why do you sell large palms if you can't even install it. Also Very questionable pricing as he wanted over 10k !!!! No Pros in this garden for sure.
