The worst customer service I have ever received, they gave me the wrong part, I took it to the mechanic shop to have it installed, it was the wrong part, I tried to return it but they did not want to receive it, I went with the best attitude to ask for the return and I received the worst deal they called me a liar even a scammer for trying to return the part they gave me, I left the part with them I don't need it thanks Napa guys.

This place is trash!!! They say they are closed on Sunday at this location……. Ok but you need to put a sign ONLINE!!! Not just on the door of the location!!!! What kind of idiots are running this place?!?!?!?!!

Went to NAPA today to get A/C hose and Summer (the counter person) was the best! With so many auto parts stores around and so many choices she made NAPA the best place to go!
