Mandy is nothing short of an Angel. When hospitals had no idea what they were doing Mandy walked me through every detail to get my mom home after a stroke. She made sure the orders were correct (after the hospital could not get them right) and had all equipment up and running at my home. Throughout the 4.5 years I cared for my mom, they serviced any equipment issues and truly made it possible for me to care for my mom. Michael who came to my home and fixed my moms bed a few times (along with Lou and another gentleman) were so sweet to my mom - I will never have words for the true heart they all bring to their job. Thank you for making a hard journey, a little brighter. My mom loved your staff, they always made her smile. Again - amazing company and people.

I rented a 4 wheel scooter from them and have purchased 2 lift chairs. While the initial service and help they provided was excellent, their service and responsiveness in returning the scooter has been nowhere near what I experienced in the past. Very disappointing as they used to be excellent.

The Team at MSD was extremely helpful in helping me choose a walker for 98 year old mother-in-law who we need to get using something to help with fall prevention! They got us into the exact walker we needed at a fair price!

Mandy Dixon, the owner, is very knowledgeable and goes beyond to provide the best customer service possible. Mandy is dedicated to providing customers with the safest medical supplies within the fastest turn around time possible. Mandy readily clarified a communication gap that my Dad experienced while in the store, and agreed to follow up with the employee asap. We will definitely recommend Medical Supply Depot to everyone.
