Out of the multiple La Fitness facilities in the area this one is by far the worst. Equipment that has an out of order sign on it for months, pin loaded machines missing the pins, overcrowding, and just plain old smelly and dirty. Not sure if the management just doesn't care or doesn't have the financial resources to do better. Either way Planet Fitness or Retro Fitness is cheaper, cleaner and newer... so going to be deciding between those when my membership is up.

Just joined after moving to town from up north. So happy with the relaxed environment. The sign up / enrollment process was headache free and a breeze. Bryce Best helped me and my husband sign up and wasn’t pressuring at all about any upgrades. He was so professional and I would highly recommend trying it out!

Taina was very helpful with the sign up process. She was able to handle multiple customers at one time and was extremely patient, answering everybody’s questions in a timely manner.

The main reason to come to the gym is to get a workout in with Fritz. He adds a fun banter and charm to a hard workout. Teaching you how far your body can actually go and what you can improve on while feeling supported and not like you’re at boot camp.
The gym could use some upgrades to the machines - like everywhere else. One upgrade they got right was Fritz as a trainer. 10/10.

Bryce Best was incredibly helpful and got me and my wife a good deal on memberships. I'd recommend working with him to find a good gym!

I've been an LA Fitness member since I was 18yo. I have worked out all over the USA. It's like LA Fitness is still operating under COVID rules. The gyms are dirty, no child care, broken equipment, and NO PINS. I don't blame the staff. It's corporate cuts. The Signature clubs are still okay but still not as good as they were prior COVID. Why?

Gym needs some remodeling - not worth the money to work out on rusty machines and to head back to stinky + worn down locker rooms in the back. The PF across the street has newer equipment that is in better condition.
The management of this location also only reply and acknowledge positive reviews… and pass over critical feedback they need to act on.

This gym doesn’t look like the rest of the LA Fitnesses. It looks very run down and machines are not in good condition. Go to Planet Fitness or Retro Fitness instead. Both in Delray.

They wouldn't honor my 3 day pass because I had been to an La Fitness before in California 4 years ago. This is Delray Beach FL.
It doesn't say anything about that on the website.

This gym is disgusting. Rusty old machines and missing pins. The mirrors are gross and look like they haven’t been cleaned in a year. Management doesn’t care at all.
