Great store for home and entertainment. Even took the kids here for Halloween fun. All the larger tha life spooky things come alive in the store. There are holiday items you cannot find elsewhere like led giant holiday lights for less than $10 and unbreakable ornaments. It's awesome that holidays now come alive at home depot. My fav store at sunset. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Crappiest service in the industry! Why is your system texting me that my order is ready for pickup when it isn't?! I ordered curbside because I'm busy now I'm sitting here wasting my time waiting for the order that was supposed to be ready. And the response from service desk is "idunno. We don't send those texts." Crappy service!!

I've been a loyal Home Depot customer for 25 years. As a Pro Member, I simply can can't live without my wife or Home Depot. I am a Property Butler and rely on the people and more importantly the management of a store to set the tone.AVOID THIS LOCATION. There is a very troubling disconnect between management and staff. My van was actually towed from the lot by management. Another example of the disconnect is seeing the app show (60) available Lutron Pico switches which are held in the front cage. The employee couldn't dig though the clutter in the cage to locate one of them. West Delray Home Depot is your best bet. There is new management at the West Delray location. I feel valued there. I've never seen such arrogance from the young male manager when I needed clarity where my van was. It's insane to me that as a loyal customer I couldn't get a phone call as big as the number is on the van. Disrespectful and not relationship based.

3/5, they need to clean up/ repave the parking lot at this location, it's dirty and worn down. I parked my car in a spot only to discover it had pieces of gum on the ground that got on my sneakers and stuck to the rug of my car, and I spent about 20 minutes cleaning it. Very frustrating and pretty much permanent damage! HD company makes a gazillion dollars a day and I buy lots of stuff from them, the least they can do is respect a level of cleanliness. I've had a decent experience with the staff, though they don't always know their own inventory; example, I asked one of the staff in lumber if they had an 18 in depth solid wood plank for a cabinet I was making and he said that they don't sell it, and I continued browsing and found that exact piece in the next isle. Come on Home Depot . Places like Home Depot have not been hurt by online sales like other brick and mortar places, but I find myself shopping more and more on Amazon and the like; no disgusting gum stuck to my car's interior.

I found this Home Depot very nicely organized and very easy to navigate. I am doing some research on trash cans and they had a large variety of them, different styles, sizes and prices.There were staff people around to ask questions and that was very helpful.Overall, a nice home improvement store.

Best Employee is Jim from deliveryI was at the Del Ray Beach Home Depot today to make a few purchases. Most of the employees I asked for help said they didn't work in a specific area without even trying to find someone else to help while others were not welcoming UNTIL I met Jim from delivery. Jim went above and beyond to help me and should be an example to all employees in the store. He was professional, courteous, took the time to listen and was able to answer all my questions, researched items that were not on the shelves and made sure I found all the items I needed including helping to transport heavy items to the car. All that with respect and a smile on his face. Jim exceeded all the expectations of an A+ customer service employee. My many thanks to him.

I ordered a patio rug online for in-store pick-up the next day. I got an email the next morning that my order had been canceled because it was out of stock. No problem. I went in to see what other rugs they might've had. Yeah, they had the rug I ordered, for $4 more than the online price. Based on my previous experience at this store, I figured asking for a manager was going to be more than $4 of aggravation.

WORST Home Depot I've ever visited. No one is ever available to help and even when you actively search out someone to try to help you, you get an answer like I got... "I don't know, I have to take out the trash now." Finally, IF you ever get someone in the department to help you, they DON'T KNOW ANYTHING about the department they're supposed to be working. DO NOT GO TO THIS Home Depot!!!!
