Where do I start..... first Jean Saint-Louis is the best!! Not because he has the same last name as I? , it's because he is a man of his word. He ordered the car, said it would be here in 2 weeks and I'd be on my way. He even went above and beyond what I expected (won't say so you don't ask lol) He took his time and explained all the paperwork. Raphael in the business office was great! I know finance can be a bit overwhelming but the whole team was great. He took his time to also explain the different documents. The math nerd in me needed where all the numbers were going and coming from. I also want to give a shout out to Richard in insurance department being honest and transparent. Honestly, I have no complaints. If you're looking for quality professionals and not car salesmen sharks.....come to this Toyota.

Jovani Caprio is the man! He is focused on the customer experience and does deals in a fair manner. I would recommend Ed Morse Delray to anyone looking to buy a Toyota whether it’s used or new. I got a certified pre-owned 2020 Camry XLE Hybrid and I love it!

They charged me $174 for diagnostic and after 2 hours they tell me I have to pay $174 more for an extra diagnostic because they can’t find the problem; so I said no. They still charge me $174 for a diagnostic they never gave me. Total rip off; Don’t ever come to Ed Morse Delray Toyota Service

Great service and great price, the sales person who helped me was Bola and his manager Tyler helped get me a good price on the car I was interested in. Bola helped out with scheduling and helped accomidate me with my busy schedual. Buying a car is real easier here and headache free, would highly recomend this dealership.

My husband and I bought a car last week from Delray Toyota. The smoothest car buying experience I've had. Sales rep JJ really catered to my specific needs and worked the best option for me; Finance Rep Omar made that portion seamless as well. I do plan on doing business with them again. What is typically a stressful experience was not in the least bit.
