This location is highly disorganized and unprofessional. I have had my 2021 g70 serviced there two times and I will not return again. Here is my list of reasons why:- Rude employees who use curse words in front of clients, sag their pants and place their exposed rear ends on your driver seat, and act generally annoyed you are there or asking questions.- They put incorrect tire pressure during both visits.- They used the incorrect oil on the second visit.- They scratched the paint on my hood in an attempt to remove tree sap without the proper product.- They did not have my pre-paid services on record, causing me to pay again out of pocket.- When shown proof of pre-paid services they cannot issue a refund.- When offered a copy of pre-paid services receipt to keep on record they sent me away stating that "it'll get lost here, just remember to bring it next time."There will never be a next time. The Delray Genesis Service center is light years away from resembling any sort of luxury car service center. Nothing about the experience is confidence inducing. The service center in Delray is a massive blemish on an otherwise up and coming car company. Massive letdown.

After being thoroughly disgusted with the high-pressure, dishonest bait and switch and overall shady ambiance of Napleton Genesis, we went to Delray. The difference was night and day. Feguener Gay was kind, helpful and we wound up buying a 2024 GV 70 with 3.5 L twin turbo six, advanced and sport package (just one peg down from the Prestige). Mr. Gay took good care of us and made my wife confident and secure in the very expensive "budget Bentley" that is the new GV70. It was this car or the Range Rover Velar. We went with the Genesis due to its better road handling, large list of tech and safety features and about $10K savings. It's still a $67K SUV with all the options, but DAMN. A quarter mile in just over 13 sec?! The open nit was the after purchase power play to sell on on extended warranty options by a guy who read off the invisible prompter. Did not want to take no for an answer and called me rude for being terse. Nice. Some one let that buttercup know it's not the way to treat a customer who just plunked down almost $70K in cash. Meh...Will up date is service isn't up to par, but so far, all great.

Took my car in for a routine oil change at 8am. When i dropped the car off, it was driving completly fine. During the day, they called my wife stating that the alignment was off, and she authorized an alignment. When i picked the car up at 4pm the alignment was noticeably off, i could barely keep the wheel straight and the car drifted into the next lane. There is zerchance that the tech test drove the car after doing whatever they did to it. When i called to complain i asked for the issue to be fixed, and for a refund of the charges. The told me they would issue me a refund and i could take the car elsewhere to fix the issue. Now i am left with a car that has a serious alignment issue, that i will need to pay for someone else to fix, All because i made the mistake of bringing it here for an oil change.The following day, i brought the car back, and the service writer texted me at 5 pm that the tire tread was separating on the front drivers side tire, and said that was the reason the car was out of alignment. They offered to sell me a new tire (and told me that i could call Michelin for a warranty claim afterwards, which was a lie, Michelin needs an authorized dealer to perform an inspection before paying a warranty claim)which i declined. A few weeks went by, and i noticed that the same tire was slowly losing air over the course of a few days. I brought the car to costco’s tire center which is an authorized Michelin dealer for an inspection, and they informed me that there was absolutely no tread separation on any of my tires, however there was a small staple puncturing the very edge of the tire tread, rendering the tire unrepairable.

We were at the end of our lease and stopped in Delray Genesis to browse not sure if we could find something in our price range. Feguener Gay was so helpful as he gave us our options. He did not pressure us and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond anyone we had dealt with at another dealership and restored our faith in car salesmen! Cody, the finance manager, was professional and efficient, explaining our options for coverage. Great buying experience. We would highly recommend Delray Genesis , in particular Feguener Gay.

Purchased a Gv70 from Delray Genesis and was so disappointed with their bait and switch tactics, we agreed on a price for our trade in, but then Cody the finance manager started to do the paperwork, we noticed the price was less, after going back and forth, we got our number. Then the fun began, he desk becomes a large computer screen, and we start going thru the sign here, initial here game, I take responsibility for not double checking our trade in value, but after being there for 6 hours, we just wanted to get out of there. needless to say, the following day, I am reading our contract and our trade in was put back to the lower number. Communication with Cody and other staff is horrible, takes forever to return calls or emails. We should have bought our car from Wallace Genesis in Stuart, but they did not have the color we wanted. Will never go ,to back to Delray Genesis, beware!!We also wanted to pay cash, but they asked us to make 3 payments so they could get their $1000.00 bonus, after seeing the interest on the first payment, I paid off the car.

We recently bought a Genesis GV70. We were going to pay for the car outright, but were fast talked into renting for 3 months and then paying the remainder. This was going to save us $1000. Cody spoke so fast and never told us that 1/3 of each payment was interest and that our actual savings was only $250. I repeatedly called the dealership to question this and was unable to reach anybody. The salesman that sold us the car was supposed to meet with us again to go over the infotainment panel and that never happened. I would absolutely not recommend Delray Genesis to anyone

I don’t even want to give them 1 star after my experience. I had an appointment on 8-17-23 to drop off my GV80 for 4 tires and alignment. I did not sit down with the John the service tech until 0840 to check my vehicle in as he was moving several vehicles that morning. I was offered a Lyft home as John said the car would not be ready until the afternoon. After not hearing from anyone, I called at 330 and was told the car was almost ready and I should receive a call soon. After not hearing from anyone I called back at 430 and was told it was done and the paperwork was on John’s desk to be finalized. I tried to call Piper the customer relations person and got her voice mail. I called back at 500 and told them I needed to get the car as their service department was closing at 600. They told me John was the only one that could get me a Lyft there to pick up the vehicle and he was not at his desk. They finally called and told me the vehicle was ready. At this point in time they could not get me a Lyft and get me there before 600. They told me that they would get me a Lyft the next morning at 730.I did not get the Lyft at 730 and after 6 calls to the service department and getting a voicemail, I finally got through but was on hold for 20 minutes. Lisa spoke to me at 845 and told me she would sent the Lyft. Speaking with Lisa she told me John is off on Fridays so I am assuming if I was not so persistent that no one would have called and told me my car was ready until Monday.The Lyft finally arrived at 920 to take me to the service department.I got to the service department and the paperwork still was not ready for me to pay for my vehicle and it seems no one but John can complete the paperwork. I had to walk over to the dealership and speak with a manager and finally paid and got my vehicle at 1000.Service: Tires

I honestly don't even want to give this place a one star. The service department is awful I left 9 messages no one ever calls me back they usually don't even answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold for 50 minutes just to get disconnected.Totally dissatisfied I will never go backand juthenthendisconn

My lease had expired and I decided to go with a new Genesis GV70. Donnie and Cody assisted my fiancé and I with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and great communication. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant!

After scheduling a service appointment with valet pick up over 1 month in advance, when time came they had no loaner car. They rescheduled next day with pick up of car but still no loaner but with assurance I’d get my car back by 2:30. I got it at 4:30 making me late for a 5pm appointment. Two days later check engine light comes on. Nice gentleman tells me bring it in and they’ll check it. After waiting for about 40min at service I had to leave and requested an appointment. I was told they wouldn’t make an appointment because I didn’t buy car there. I called Coconut Creek Genesis and they gave me appointment next day. While there, with two months left on lease, I bought a beautiful GV70 sport. Great car, no more Delray Genesis for me!!!!!

The worst customer service EVER. Stay away. No one ever calls back. Hectar never showed for my appointment. Thirty minutes later another service advisor showed up. Never apologized, never even introduced himself. Now, a day later still waiting to hear from them and all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Voice mails are full. Can't leave messages. Horrible customer service for a premium brand. Stay away!

It gets worse. I wrote a review on March 22 about how, Hector, my so called service representative could not be found for my scheduled appointment. He called me a little over a week later. When I told him that he did not show for my last appointment and no one knew where he was his response was "I was here. I was busy." STAY AWAY THEY ARE THE WORST customer service company I have ever dealt with.
