At last a studio that offers instruction for each body type. I like the corrections by a watchful instructor who makes sure we do each movement correctly to get the benefit and protect our joints.

Excellent Barre classes! I feel stronger after just a few sessions! My friends and family have noticed a difference and I can feel it too! The instructor is amazing and really cares about each individual person. Highly recommended for both new comers to fitness and seasoned vets!
