“They made sure I was able to go home with the phone I had been wanting even though they weren’t in stock. They contacted another store (Deltona) and made a “transfer” so I could pay at the store I was already at and just go grab the phone from deltona. Little bit of extra driving but definitely worth it considering I didn’t have to wait for shipping to get my new phone! She was so sweet and accommodating! Very grateful I went to them!”

“My wife went in to the cricket store to get phone's for me and her on monthly payment plan including service. She forgot her wallet so her grandmother offered to use her card untill she got back to the house. At first cool great. While they were at the store the lady said to her after a period of conversation that hey if your looking to upgrade your phone you have a 1400 store credit you qualify for with no upfront cost. So a day or to her grandmother goes back in gets a couple phones and the lady up sells her beats headphones that she told her she would never use. Her grandmother gets home and says that she doesn't see this credit for 2 phones and the headset but instead is charged 400 plus. So instead of my wife and I being able to keep our phone that were in my wife's name we had to return everything because it was charged to her grandmothers credit card. Long story short the first lady didn't explain everything very well but the lady's that had to redo the entire transaction for my wife and I did a superb job. My only gripe is that instead of having to return the phones and purchase new ones. Cricket should have a system to enable their employees to do so. Great recovery cricket.”

“Forced to change cell phone because of 5g and my previous provider no longer has signal in my area. Some of my neighbors had switched to Cricket so decided to try. A friend had suggested a Motorola stylus as it is closest to what I was used to. Aleysha was extremely helpfulShe tried to find any discounts I might qualify for. She set up my phone and my payment plan. The following week she untangled the mess I had caused due to my lack of being tech savvey. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased a new iPhone 14 one year ago and from the moment I left the store I discovered multiple applications on my new phone did not work, I tried everything with multiple different T-Mobile employees and nonstop contact with Apple customer service to no avail. On January 24, 2024 I took my chances and walked back into T-Mobile on Woodland Boulevard in Deland Florida to yet again complain and to get assistance fixing my phone. We still ran across multiple problems however, there are two employees there named "Kai and Kim", they were absolutely fantastic, Kai actually figured out how to fix the apps on my phone and Kim was very resourceful with contacting Apple customer service and actually made things happen. Both of these young ladies are outstanding T-Mobile employees and I truly hope that corporate recognizes how good they are at their jobs and how good they are with customer service.I highly recommend the T-Mobile located at: 2605 Woodland Blvd DeLand, FL and I would highly recommend both Kai and Kim to assist you with any issues you are having with your cell phones. These young ladies were able to do something within an hour that no other store representative nor Apple customer service could resolve.Thank you very much Kai and Kim for all of your assistance yesterday,Marcy”
