“I have recently became a customer to rac and I want to say I am very happy!! I had some issues with my pick of furniture lol and Cassidy helped me with alot! When the first one didn't work out Cassidy constantly reached out till I was happy with my furniture. And for the delivery driver malik to come back the 2nd time and even assemble the couch for me was awesome he was also very respectful and polite. “My wife went in to the cricket store to get phone's for me and her on monthly payment plan including service. She forgot her wallet so her grandmother offered to use her card untill she got back to the house. At first cool great. While they were at the store the lady said to her after a period of conversation that hey if your looking to upgrade your phone you have a 1400 store credit you qualify for with no upfront cost. So a day or to her grandmother goes back in gets a couple phones and the lady up sells her beats headphones that she told her she would never use. Her grandmother gets home and says that she doesn't see this credit for 2 phones and the headset but instead is charged 400 plus. So instead of my wife and I being able to keep our phone that were in my wife's name we had to return everything because it was charged to her grandmothers credit card. Long story short the first lady didn't explain everything very well but the lady's that had to redo the entire transaction for my wife and I did a superb job. My only gripe is that instead of having to return the phones and purchase new ones. Cricket should have a system to enable their employees to do so. Great recovery cricket.”

“Well I got duped again by this brick and mortar retailer - I came here to pick up an item that was advertised by Walgreens to be available for in store pickup, turns out this item wasn't a stock item and only available online at walgreens.com, no fault of the extremely friendly and professional staff here, but still frustrating. As I roamed the aisles hoping that the aisle signage would put me in the vicinity but after several laps I knew it wasn't going to happen and thankfully a wonderful woman in a vest with a badge stopped to assist - she wasn't sure if they had either but started on yet another journey around the store to see if we could locate it - I mentioned to her that it may be available only online but she wasn't hearing of it until we exhausted every shelf without finding it. After thanking her I decided to see if maybe the pharmacist knew of this item and lucky for me she did - and informed me that this item was only offered online and suggest I try CVS by this time I'm thinking Amazon would definitely be my almighty savior but now I would have to take her recommendations hmmm that's quite the drive but I exited without purchasing anything because it seemed this may be a marketing strategy Walgreens uses to get me here knowing I might buy something else well which wasn't going to happen just an FYI CVS uses the same strategy as Walgreen except they offered to help me order it online.Like I mentioned earlier no fault of the staff here and I do appreciate all their help but shame on their employer this is why I don't frequent these places.Fast forward less than 24 hours - Amazon delivers...”

“Forced to change cell phone because of 5g and my previous provider no longer has signal in my area. Some of my neighbors had switched to Cricket so decided to try. A friend had suggested a Motorola stylus as it is closest to what I was used to. Aleysha was extremely helpfulShe tried to find any discounts I might qualify for. She set up my phone and my payment plan. The following week she untangled the mess I had caused due to my lack of being tech savvey. Highly recommended.”

“This store is located on a route I seldom take but after getting detoured because of an accident I found myself having to travel about 20 miles out of the way from my normal morning commute in a vehicle that had the fuel light illuminated at the detour location without an options to fuel up - lucky for me I was driving one of my project cars a Fiat 500 that gets more than 40 mpg so I wasn't really worried of running out but then again I was happy to see this convenient store just a few miles off the I-4 exit. This 7-Eleven was built a few years ago on the corner of Kepler and New York Avenue and what I call the crossroads of Deland so it's alway a busy intersection. There are two entrances and exits and although I don't feel either are good options if you have patience you'll eventually get out. I've always been a fan of Shell gasoline so that was a bonus when I pulled in and the price seems to be competitive with other stations in the area. The property looks to be well maintained and since I paid at the pump I didn't have any interactions with the staff so I can't speak to this. Nothing bad here, but the traffic issues in the area it's probably unlikely that I'd frequent this location...”

“I purchased a new iPhone 14 one year ago and from the moment I left the store I discovered multiple applications on my new phone did not work, I tried everything with multiple different T-Mobile employees and nonstop contact with Apple customer service to no avail. On January 24, 2024 I took my chances and walked back into T-Mobile on Woodland Boulevard in Deland Florida to yet again complain and to get assistance fixing my phone. We still ran across multiple problems however, there are two employees there named "Kai and Kim", they were absolutely fantastic, Kai actually figured out how to fix the apps on my phone and Kim was very resourceful with contacting Apple customer service and actually made things happen. Both of these young ladies are outstanding T-Mobile employees and I truly hope that corporate recognizes how good they are at their jobs and how good they are with customer service.I highly recommend the T-Mobile located at: 2605 Woodland Blvd DeLand, FL and I would highly recommend both Kai and Kim to assist you with any issues you are having with your cell phones. These young ladies were able to do something within an hour that no other store representative nor Apple customer service could resolve.Thank you very much Kai and Kim for all of your assistance yesterday,Marcy”

“The gas pumps and parking lot are always clean here. The interior is too. The air conditioning feels great on hot days. The bathrooms are in decent shape (for gas station bathrooms). It’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot, regardless of the entrance you use. There are plenty of parking spaces here too.”
