THIS LOCATION AND ITS WORKERS ARE A SCAM GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. DO NOT RISK YOUR INFORMATION BEING STOLEN FOR SUB PAR SERVICEI went in to add 2 lines to a pre existing plan. I previously priced it out online via the cricket app to bring my own device I would only be charged for the SIM card and plan. To avoid waiting for shipping I went in store. I explained this to the “worker”. After taking my account information, she proceeded to “explain” that there is an activation fee of $250 for 2 lines. On a prepaid plan. She stated one line would be $25 but 2 lines will be 250. All I needed were the SIM card, cause I would still have to call and set up the service. I asked her to price it out for me so I can see the activation fee for $250. She told me that she needs the device id number to ring me up for a total amount before committing. I explained to her that I just need you to price it out for me cause I didn’t believe that there was an activation fee on a prepaid service. After sitting for 10 minutes without being assisted and the manager literally talking on a phone to a friend about their dog, I left, only to see that my credit card information was stolen and was attempted 3 charges for $250 from a merchant of “clicketwireless”. I bought a phone on November 17 2021 for my son for Christmas, I asked for a 64 GB phone, the lady there showed me a Samsung Galaxy and told me it was a it was a 64GB phone my not big on GB on phones, but that's what my son asked for so I took her word for it and bought it I didn't hook up at first because I didn't want to shut off my son's phone he had already had and I told her I would bring back around Christmas to hook it up. So today I bring it back today to get it hooked up and that's when I noticed on the side of the box it says 32gb and I asked her I thought you said this was 64gb phone and she said it is and I said it says different on the box, and so she checked and she said sorry I thought it was, and I said can I return it and get the 64gb and she said I'm 5 days past the return. So now I'm stuck with a phone I did not wantLet's be clear, I do not blame the lady at the store, I been a customer for a long time with cricket, and she's always been awesome she just made a mistake I blame the store owner and cricket

My wife went in to the cricket store to get phone's for me and her on monthly payment plan including service. She forgot her wallet so her grandmother offered to use her card untill she got back to the house. At first cool great. While they were at the store the lady said to her after a period of conversation that hey if your looking to upgrade your phone you have a 1400 store credit you qualify for with no upfront cost. So a day or to her grandmother goes back in gets a couple phones and the lady up sells her beats headphones that she told her she would never use. Her grandmother gets home and says that she doesn't see this credit for 2 phones and the headset but instead is charged 400 plus. So instead of my wife and I being able to keep our phone that were in my wife's name we had to return everything because it was charged to her grandmothers credit card. Long story short the first lady didn't explain everything very well but the lady's that had to redo the entire transaction for my wife and I did a superb job. My only gripe is that instead of having to return the phones and purchase new ones. Cricket should have a system to enable their employees to do so. Great recovery cricket.
