This is generally a really good basic hotel in a location that makes the Miami metro very accessible. We stayed for three days and had only pleasant interactions with all of the staff. The pool looked really nice, and the breakfast was basic but good. We really liked how easy it was to get to the beach area, 95, and the Tri-Rail station. The only issue is that the room needed to be vacuumed a little better.

From clean, comfortable room to gracious staff and good breakfast this was a great stay on Christmas Eve. Our room overlooked the pool with its Roman columns. The bathroom was updated. At the breakfast buffet, there were biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage links, a waffle maker with batter and syrup, oatmeal, bagels and a toaster, pastries, juices and good coffee with half and half and Coffeemate creamer cups. Fresh bananas and Chobani Greek yogurt cups were healthier breakfast options offered. The scrambled eggs tasted better than usual.All staff on site were pleasant and professional in demeanor. We’d like to stay here again.

Outstanding remodel. Everything is like new. The breakfast people and cleaning crew seemed to be a little short handed. All staff was super nice.Rooms: Very nice and new remodel placed it, in my travels, at the top of the list.

Staff at desk and housekeeping were exceptional. During my stay, the hotel had major construction and renovations on lobby and first floor basically 8 hours a day all week long. And one full day of testing fire alarms. Staff did a terrific job keeping everyone safe and informed. Front desk staff were patient, informed, and efficient. This hotel is close to major routes (but no traffic noise), gas stations, and restaurants. It also has an outdoor pool. Continental breakfast quality, choices and arrangement are very good. I'dbe happy to stay here again.

The hotel was still under construction. However, it wasn't bad. The room service is on every other day, but they didn't do my services very well since they left trash. The breakfast was simple but good. Finally, there are not too many restaurants close to the hotel.

The experience in overall was fine. The room was big enough to place two pack and play ‘s. The only thing I did not like it was the pool area was kind of dirty.

I've been staying at this hotel on a weekly basis, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience. The recent renovations have transformed this place into a stunning oasis. The rooms now have a modern and inviting atmosphere that makes it feel like a home away from home.What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Their warmth and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay are truly commendable. Whether it's the front desk team or the housekeeping staff, they go above and beyond to make every visit exceptional.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my weekly stays at this hotel. Thank you Avery, Barbara, Cliff, and all the staff. The perfect blend of a beautifully renovated space and genuinely caring staff makes it my top choice for accommodations in the area. I made my reservation from the 8-10 September. I came in at 2:30am on the 8th and they changed my reservation without telling me and charged me for additional night. I didn’t find out until I got home and looked at my credit card. Now, the room reeked of smoke so I went bought neutralizing air fresher because my asthma started acting up. I made notes on my reservations prior to staying about my food allergy and I was told that they will have a separate plate for me downstairs and I asked and they said they don’t do that. There were lots of children making noise, running in the hallway, knocking on doors and holding up the elevator so other people couldn’t get on. Complained about it and front desk said there is nothing they can do. The elevator smelled like someone bathe in cologne. I felt unsafe from the people hanging outside with all the arguing and fighting going on, to people having their feet propped up on furniture to the smell of someone bathing in cologne in the elevator to me almost having an asthma attack. I barricaded myself in the room every night with the desk. I will not be back. Completely ghetto. I was at a disbelief with everything that was going on.Rooms: The room reeked of smoke when it was supposed to be a smoke free hotel.Safety: I felt very unsafe there. I put all the locks on the door plus the one I bought from home and put the table behind the door.Noteworthy details: Take the Hilton Brand off this hotel until it can start to look, smell and feel like a Hilton. Very disappointing.

This is the best Hampton I have ever been too. They hold up the Hilton name like no other. MELISSA you are the best manager ever and you need a promotion as far as I am concerned. Robert thank you for everything... Barbara you are also amazing! I don't know the name of the girl who worked almost every night I was there over night but she too was amazing.If I am ever back in Deerfield this is THE ONLY HOTEL I WOULD go to. The other hotels in the area can be pretty rough.And the cookies everynight at 7:30 ... enough said. YOU GUYS ROCK.Brenden Kurtyka - 2nd floor!!!

Stay here every week for work Debra in the evenings at the front desk is such a sweetheart. Breakfast in the morning hits the spot before work. An don't let me forget about the fresh cookies every night ??Rooms: Rooms are somewhat up to date. From my understanding the hotel is about to start a full renovation of the building.Safety: The doors at the front if building get locked at night. Only way to enter is to use your door key. All the other doors on the property to enter into the building you need your door key.

Had reservation thru Travelocity. Paid in full in advance. Due to flight delays we didn't get there until 2am. The clerk could not get the computer to work to make a room keycard. She made no attempt to call anyone just turned it off and back on again. After an hour we had to go look for another hotel on our own. No help from the clerk. No acknowledgment that I had a child with me. No help from Hilton. And as an honors member, there is no honor in this hotel

This is a pubic place and I didn't spell that wrong. I said pubic every time I stayed here I find pubic hairs, which is kind of gross in the shower. I found three on my sandals and the place smells musky and like it's been through some kind of flood very gross! On a good note, the breakfast is really good for a free breakfast and all the hotels around here are gross

The girls who were working front desk today were very good about customer service. Respectful and helpful. Made things better after a rough long morning at the airport with budget. Room is clean.

Hubby and I are long haul truckers and our rig broke down so we needed a place to stay for awhile. I was pleasantly surprised to find this Hampton that took Dogs and Cats. The hotel is in a business area and there's a McDonald's, Popeyes and Wendy's within walking distance. If you Uber then there is plenty of things nearby to eat as well as sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very helpful. We stayed from a Tuesday night until Saturday morning. The total was approximately 850$. There was a one time fee of 75$ for the animals. They have plenty of grass to walk the dog and a nice pool area. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and would recommend the place. It's a little outdated as far as the rooms. It was clean inside and out and the beds were very comfortable.

The worst customer service, The agent on the front desk, called Genice Cisnow, was full of attitude and very disrespectfull, it took forever to check me in, she saw i was not happy with the situation, and told me I'm more then welcome to leave the hotel.. her manage had to come finish up her job, Genice was a conpletly mess, she kept trying argue with me. I stayed in many hotels before, from simple ones to 5 stars, I've never seen a guest agent with that type of behavior. Super unpleasent experience.
