This place RUINED my jewelry. I took 2 rings in- both heirlooms. One ring was to be sized and the other needed a stone reset. When I went to pick them up, the woman was quite rude when I was surprised to find the ring still didn’t fit. I thought oh, well I guess I told them the wrong size. I asked to put the ring on the sizer to see how far I was off only to see it was still 8.5 as it was when I brought it in. So, let me see the other ring… which I was unable to get on to the finger that I always wear it on. In short, they sized the wrong ring and didn’t do anything to the other. SO, I left both rings again only for them TO STILL BE WRONG. The initial ring to be sized is still too big. The ring that was never supposed to be sized STILL DOES NOT FIT. My finger is currently purple from cutting off the circulation. Don’t bring your jewelry to them, they will only ruin it and still expect you to pay for the work they *did* do- aka sizing the wrong ring and resetting a stone that fell out all while acting like I’m the one being difficult. Don’t waste your money here and don’t let them touch your jewelry. p.s. all the good reviews they have are from years ago- don't believe them.

Went in for simple fix of a clasp on diamond bracelet for additional security and had to come back 4 times and they ruined the bracelet...was completely mis alligned AND had to pay for it .....Im very disappointed

This place was sold to a new family. The owner Jabar and his family ran to California and took all of his clients layaway jewelry with him and refuses to give a refund even with a layaway receipt. I took my watch to the new family to fix, it stopped working again the very next day.

Jabar and his family sold the business without telling any of the clients. I had a piece of jewelry there on layaway. Now the new owner wants me to get my money back from Jabar and Jabar is giving me the run around and ignoring! They sold the business to another family and moved to California. Do not go over there! Bad business!!!! They are super shady

My grandparents went here and I'm not sure if they were taken advantage of or not. They had matching wedding bands and wanted them resized. My grandfather's was bigger than my grandmother's, but they decided to make my grandfather's smaller take the gold out and make my grandmother's bigger to fit my grandfather.I asked my jeweler and he said it didn't make any sense, especially not for the price they were charged. I never had anything good or bad to say about the shop, but it was too late for me to tell them to get a 2nd quote. I'm not saying they're bad, just make sure the price makes sense. And make sure you always get a 2nd opinion.We ended up having to go back becuase the rings were not the sizes they agreed upon and they couldn't be fixed that day because the person who does that wasn't there that day. But I made sure they wouldn't be charged any more money. They agreed that the rings should end up being x and y size, we checked a ring sizer and they weren't, so it's not my their fault it's the jeweler.

I Went to the store to repair a necklace, the sales person was so friendly and professional, meanwhile I had the time to see al the jewelry they sell, it's amazing the variety and beauty of all of them.And my repair was perfect.

Today, I went to this plaza in search of a watch battery service. Luckily, I found Class Jewelers! I walked in and was so sweetly greeted by Rehana. The selection of jewelry was bountiful and beautiful pieces. The service was about 5 minutes and I walked in and out with my watch finally alive and telling time again! I would definitely return and check out the jewelry on my next visit.

Great place and great experience!. they have nice items .. I got a nice ring from them and their lady (Rehana) helped me so much to get something within my budget. Definitely I will visit again. Highly recommended!

I came in to look around. The lady who I believes owns the shop is nice, and went so above expectations for service. She was extremely kind and accomodating. She took her time with me and I enjoyed meeting her. Her shop has wonderful, wonderful pieces. Everything I would want in a ring, bracelet, pendant, ECT. This place deserves a lot of recognition.
