The staff there could not be any nicer. Had to go back twice the same night and they were super helpful. Whenever my toy poodle has any emergency issues I will go back there!!

Rodolfo and his team were exceptional. I came with a friend for an emergency at 1 AM for her dog, Chief. They took great care of him and treated him quickly. We left feeling so much better and are so grateful for the genuine care!!

I am so grateful for this emergency clinic. They took my baby in at 1 AM reassuring me they’d give him the best care when we arrived heartbroken and terrified. They helped us in every way, also caring for our baby as if he were their own. I can’t thank this hospital enough for all of their help. My baby is behaving like himself again thanks to this place! ❤️

The worst veterinarian emergency ever. They take advantage of the situation you are having with your pet and charge way too much and in top of that your pet dies after be taken there. Do not take your pets there ?

Do not take your pet here. They seem to have no idea what they are doing and cares more about your money than your animal.

Brought my cat in for an emergency visit after a surgery she had. She was acting erratically and the medication she was prescribed to calm her down to rest was having the opposite effect. The vet here did not listen to any of this at all, and told me to double the dose of medication that was proven to not work, instead of working to find a new one. Charged $125 for the visit in which he did not help at all, and refused to work with our cat to figure out a solution for her pain. Terrible vet, they do not care about your animals and will just get you out without helping so they can take your money for zero work.Took her to a different vet and they took care of our cat instead, and noted that she had an opposite reaction to the medication that THIS vet neglected to recognize. The vets here don’t seem to have any idea what they are doing, so don’t waste your money or time. Take them to a different vet which actually cares to help your pet.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND DO NOT GIVE PROPER CARE FOR ANIMALS. GO TO ANOTHER EMERGENCY VET EVEN IF IT IS FURTHER AWAY!!!!!! 1 Star given because there is no option for negative stars.UPDATE TO RESPONSE - THIS OCCURRED IN 2019 --EMERGENCY VET CARE - DO NOT USE. If you have a pet in need of emergency after hours care, please read this. It is not my style to publicly moan or complain. And I have a lot of experience with pet care and the expenses associated with it. But, I had such a bad experience with the place I went to over the weekend that I felt compelled to post to my neighbors. On Saturday night I had to take my dog in for emergency pet care. Being new to the area, I just found this place on Powerline and Hillsborough (NW corner shopping center). First, I have to say the treatment was adequate. My issue is the expense and the service. My dog was suffering from congestive heart failure - cause undetermined at that time. The cost for 1 1/2 days, 3 radiologist reports (xrays only - no MRI or sonogram), doctor cost, fluids and meds was $5600. I was astounded when the costs were presented to me (before treatment). But, I was so worried that transport to another facility could result in his death and I was so out of sorts I did think rationally at the time. I agreed. I have been sick to stomach ever since for not picking up and going somewhere else. On top of that, the service was horrible. On my 4th phone call on Sunday the Vet finally returned my call. He apologized and said he never got my messages. He promised to call me back at 11PM to give me an update. At 12:30 AM I fell asleep with no call. The Vet call me at 7:30 AM on Monday to "remind" me they closed at 8AM and verify I would be there to pick up my dog by that time. I said "WHAT?!!". No, I was never told this information. I was in fact waiting for his office to contact me with the appointment information with the cardiologist which they promised me they would try to set up for Monday. So I ask what's the deal - you're just going to send me home with a sick dog, no advise on how to care for him, no meds, no information about his status between "now" and when I can get an appointment with the cardiologist, etc, etc. The Vet seemed to know nothing about this and put me on hold. He came back on the phone and told me he was not aware of that arrangement and "agreed" to keep my dog until Tuesday morning with no additional charge to allow me time. How big of him to accommodate me for their screw up and incompetence. Now, thinking more clearly, I took matters into my own hands got my dog an appointment with the specialist for Tuesday. The specialist's office sent the current Vet an email requesting the images/xrays be sent to them so they would have them the next morning. When I ask the Doctor if that had been done, he said "I don't know anything about that, that is not something I 'do'". I said, well how about you let me talk to someone in the office who can answer the question? I ask the same question when I picked my dog up that evening to confirm it had been done. Same answer from "the person who does that". I demanded at that time the image work be emailed to me so I could get it to the specialist. That process took 3 follow up phone calls. The coup-de-grace ... when I picked up my dog, he reeked of urine. Which tells me he was urinating in his pen - either because he was left unattended for long periods or time or simply they do not adequate facilities for the animals. I feel totally and absolutely preyed upon at time of dire need and when I was emotionally overwhelmed.

The level of care and compassion that was shown to our dog was incredible! We are so grateful that we found this clinic so close to home. We rushed our senior dog to this clinic on Saturday when we noticed he was too weak to walk among other concerning symptoms. The vet immediately took our dog to the back and began treatment. It was discovered that he had severe internal bleeding from a tumor on his spleen that had ruptured. Our pup received a blood transfusion and, after his blood levels were up, he underwent surgery to remove his spleen and part of his liver (another tumor that had spread from the spleen). Our dog made it through the surgery and we are so happy to have him home! Dr. Padilla truly cares about his patients and their families. He walked us through every treatment and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We visited our dog everyday this past week without any issues and we were able to easily contact Dr. Padilla throughout the week to receive updates on our pup. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for saving my baby!

Dr. Saleh, is the best vet on the planet!!!! Wow! We came into have our dog checked out because of a sudden fever of 103.8 and was completely out of the blue. Kelsey and Gracie at the front desk were so damn friendly. Dr. Saleh made sure to keep us informed with Sweet Potatoes blood work and Xray every 5-10 minutes. I am blown away at the amazing visit we had and thank god our pup is doing well. Thank you all!!!!!!
